Disappointed Nigerians troll Super Eagles after loosing to South Africa

For many years, the Nigerian Super Eagles has maintained dominance over the Bafana Bafana of South Africa, but today, it changed. South Africa finally defeated Super Eagles for the first time in a competitive game after 13 attempts and the internet can't keep calm. Nigerians are understandably disappointed at the team and they are expressing their anger on social media. See more tweets after the cut..

Nigerians are just being unnecessary emotional. So what if we lose? It's a game ,we win some we lose some they should get over it and move on nonsense!

I think it is either Rohr has not really familiarise himself with the team or the chosen players where too confident or they actually have not familiarise their style of play. There were so many disjointed communications and surprised tactical laziness as if the team needs more matured players and more home players. Let's not cut their heads off. I believe the coach has learnt a lesson every successful individual should learn: the lesson from defeat. I know he would have a hard time sleeping for some days to come.

Like everything Nigerian we always take things for granted thinking Nigeria has never lost to South Africa does not mean you have to go out and play as if the 3points is already in the bag
