Tsa wasn't implemented as a result of the forecast given at the time. You see most banks benefitted from having parastatals bank with them. They used the money for business. Ask yourself why they've been sacking staff. The liquidity they had has dried up. GeJ implemented tsa but only in one parastatal as a pilot to test the forecast. Tsa wasn't implemented as a result of the forecast given at the time. You see most banks benefitted from having parastatals bank with them. They used the money for business. Ask yourself why they've been sacking staff. The liquidity they had has dried up. GeJ implemented tsa but only in one parastatal as a pilot to test the forecast. Plus the rail line was completed in December 2014. Maybe he should have rushed the commissioning so your friends could have died in one accident.
