Most of these people who shout "cyber bullies","cyber bullies", they do it too under anonymous. Most of them are guilty of it. The actors hide under anonymous and finish fellow actors. Frenemies hide under anonymous and finish their 'friends'. When it gets to them, they will start shouting "cyber bullies".
She has a great point, my thing is, if you are not tryign to screw someone over what is the point of throwing vile insults at the person. Nigerians are known to be vile human beings towards their neighbours so she has to continue to deal with it. You can't stop a centuries old behavior with a few words.
