30 year old Olympic champion Michael Phelps welcomed his first child with his fiancée Nicole Johnson yesterday. He took to his IG page to announce the arrival of his son, Boomer. He wrote:

Best feeling in the world especially when ur baby in delivered straight into ur arms,cut d cord,wipe nature,s fluid off the newly born.
I wonder how a man can kill the mother of his child/ren after all that,i recommend all expectant dads to be in the delivery room,it has a madness(xs macho) healing effect.
All women should experience child birth(naturally) not tech induced.
