Anyone who can spend 30k in a week on pos transanctions obciously does not need tjeir 20k or at least wont go crazy over it. Why dashing d rich money? If it's just wok they hv to gv pop,then think of others ways in which those who her it would be mostly those who need it,like students and low salary account owners.
