Arik is very fund of this nonsense. The worst part is they keep you at the terminal without so much as an apology. I don't blame them though, The competition in their industry isn't stiff. Plus Nigerians are very resilient!

The absolutely worst airline ever. Yesterday was a disaster at the Abuja Airport. Arik Air management should be sued. But since that doesn't work in Nigeria, I think they should be cursed! Hot Curse for that matter. How can you leave passangers at the airport for 8hrs, without a word of explanation or even an update on the status of the flight. After a few hours, I insisted I wanted to speak to the manager. It didn't take me up to 20 seconds before I realized that their entire staff were insane...
It was after hours of waiting that passangers had to rush to the aircraft. Even then, the plane started misbehaving mid-air..
Flight scheduled for 5pm didn't fly until past 1am the next day..
Our company is definitely not using the useless Arik again! They have the worst services ever!!!

ARIK Charge very high prices, then they treat their customers anyhow they like. They act like a monopoly and have no respect for the passengers or the money they paid.
6 hours delay is a very long delay and anyone would be fed up, even in other countries. I wasn't on the flight but I have experienced ARIK's brand of customer service before so I stopped flying ARIK. Taking customers for granted. Selling more tickets than seats. Makes me feel sick. Where is the "Change?"

neva liked arik...There ar better affordable ones for many places..but it may have been the lowest for that route. but i'd rather not arik unless neccessity demands!
Arik is the worst airline in this country. That's how they cancelled my flight from jos airport yesterday after waiting for 9hours. If you no want dey like these dudes in future please use another airline..

True that we boarded Arik flight for 6:30pm at midnight but these pictures are about Med View which had two sets of passengers and the later passengers wanted to board before the earlier passengers. I do have the pictures I took myself. All the airlines delayed on Thursday but my flight on Arik was delayed for about 6hours. The 5pm flight was boarded around past 10pm. Nigerian authorities should do something about this. I can imagine paying less than N20,000 for a flight from Lagos to Abuja and in less than 24 hours I paid N38,000 for the same route.
