"Welldone"? Sometimes, I think you need to read more to enable you get exposure. Weight loss also comes with aging and diseases like Diabetes and HIV/AIDS. As you become more global, you need to become more enlightened. If you were an international blogger like for instance, Huffington Post and the actor got to read this, you can be sued if he is sick.
