A LIB reader passing though Yaba this morning found a man lying down strangely on the road. Says he's been there for a while now. No one is sure whether he is dead, drunk or alive.
He's lying on Commercial Avenue Yaba. Less than 500 meters from Ozone cinemas, if the authorities can go check him out.

I don't blame the person that took the photo. Let's be realistic, we are in Nigeria. Check if he's dead and if he is what next? Explain to the authorities that he/she didn't have a hand in his death when the police are desperately looking for who to mk an example of. Take him to the hospital? If he's a drunk what's the need. And why can't Libda alert the authorities? #just saying
