I'll go with "extremely deformed" . Strong medications of some sort during pregnancy can also lead to similar issues.
Cmon, its an abnormally formed baby,it probably won't be compatible wit life, it has no mouth to feed or nose to breathe. I just wonder why scan wasn't done antenatally. A lot of these happen.
