Given the 6,3,3,4 educational cycle, if all things being equal... a child will be 6yrs before enroling in pry sch.

Contract staff; A good step for new graduates to gather experience.
It is high time you people stopped asking for HND (only) graduates for such lowly bank jobs (etc). in the UK where they copied the HND technical system, It is a two year direct program which one can do after his/her O'levels. He can then seek a direct entry into the 300 level at any University. But here, after WASTING 5 YEARS (2yrs ND, 1yr IT, 2extra yrs HND) through a polytechnic system, you still want to use them for some lowly, second class citizen labourers' job & pay. I pity u all.
So de don't need Bsc holder? Too bad. I only av a Bsc n OND not HND.

Bullshit!! it takes 5 yrs to complete HND in Nigeria, bearing in mind that the recommended age to get in to school is 18 yrs, meaning that earliest age people will graduate is 23 baring ASUU strike and the likes. Then 1 year to complete NYSC. Age limits should be made illegal as a requirement for job in Nigeria

My friend go and sit down, I finished nysc at 22 yrs and my youngers ones finished at 21 yrs from a federal University. So its very possible.
