He quickly removed it after serious backlash from other users who saw it as inappropriate and asked for child services to look into it. Even if that is your son, why get naked with him? Or is this OK?

Depends on how old the boy is. I think that up to the age of three is ok to do this but I wouldn't encourage picture of any sort. How westerners think and how Africans think are vastly different. Problem is that westerners are moving forward while we Africans are moving ever backwards.
