A visibly upset Tank took to his instagram page to vent at his fans for not supporting him, saying "Maybe I should have been born white then all my music would go straight to mainstream.”
Tank was so bitter about the outcome of this album that he claims he spent months to put together that he told fans they will never get another 'real' album from him. "Please enjoy my last real R&B album ‘Stronger’ cause you'll never get another one!”. What he wrote after the cut...

«Oldest ‹Older 201 – 248 of 248Clearly u don't knw him. If u love good music, u'd love this guy, it takes a lot to make it in any music industry. Have u heard Iyanya sing RnB? He's amazing! Bt he gives u 'kukere' and makes money. Dats hw it works, not that they r not talented or work hard enough.
Eyah pele...
Linda u dey scatter English. Choiii. I had to read over n over b4 I could understand what ur talking abt
First of all, "stronger" by tank in my opinion should be nominated for the best rnb album of the year. I bought the album like I have always bought all of tanks album and I strngly believe this is the best album he ever made. It is sad that crap music now dominates the market. NObody appreciates real rnb anymore....just fucking autotune shit.
As in eh...he's got the talent but the society actually prefers noise.
Honestly, I can feel his pain, but Bro, you just have to keep on trying, look @ Ms Linda Ikeji, she tried modelling for awhile ( don't know how long tho), but it did not work out , then blogging and now she is a superstar..okay a suggestion now, try giving inspirational speeches, or motivational talks...for instance your tweet, tho long, but its motivating, it moved me to pity for you..THE ONLY WRONG THING YOU WILL DO IS TO GIVE UP..DONT DO IT PLS,, JUST KEEP ON MOVING...
You should work on your brain too.
Lmao... no bi small my sister

E dey happen
Is it by force?
Why does it have to be about race ? Didn't beyonce, jayZ, kanye and many other blavk people make it? Infact it's saturated with african Americans! So Pls , your fans are either too broke, don't care much, or you don't have any. Take blame n stop this if I was white shit
Eeyaa ndo, kpele.
I feel your pain@Tank
Na by force to buy ur music? Maybe the music wasn't gud
lol
He is just using himself to describe the sad state of RnB music. He is very talented artist and producer responsible for jamie foxx music carreer and others. But like Joe, tyresse, etc RnB doesnt get much airplay and sales these days. all he is saying is he is switching to popmore main stream music
Eeyah
Big man sulking like a child. He should be grateful he sold some.

So Tank's new album Tanked, no thanks to people who don't wish to hear his nonsense. Lol
Honestly! He's a great singer and I love his songs. Especially "next breath" and "I can't make you love me". But it's just unfortunate that most people these days prefer to listen to songs without content. Just beats. #Smh
Eyyys u. Must u drop d same comment more than once every time? U and dat dumb Irabo fellow are just nuisances to this blog. Msheeeew!
Tank come to Nigeria and shoot 8 videos for $59k dollars ,I know in USA to shoot one will cost close to 200k,hook up with Clarence Peter.
Also what he meant is you never get another R&b music from him, means he will start doing all the shit white pop artiste produce and Naija artiste crap music like dorubucci
Don't know where Linda got d gist from, I just followed tank and I didn't see no such message.
Very insensitive, childish comment. Grow up, your not funny
Tank's album just tanked.
Theresa I c u
Can imagine wat he is going thru,so heartbreaking
Auntylindagoddaughter
Exactly, who is he? Why does he expect anyone to purchase his album, when nobody has heard of him before?
If he is so frustrated, the earth do has space for him.
Maybe your music no make sense
Make you sing like street boi u fit dey yarn Ogbata
My dear Tank is an old timer; improvement? I don't think so, the guy has caked.
Tank is a good singer and like he said good music is thinning out... Hard this days to come by albums of such singers in our Naija market.. So I am downloading his best tracks #kpele #meestaFlash
Ehya but singing nor be by. Force nah...Poor tank
Exactly! He should just blame it on his lack of talent that appeals to d masses. He should have said God should have given him a better talent instead being born white
haaaa eyah smh for him buh I really feel sorry for him sha na real bad market
It is well...
Its really saddening seeing comments like "who is Tank", "no be by force",Tank is a great singer with a very beautiful voice Tank has come a long way showing his vocal dexterity from Sex, love and pain in 2007-three kings (TGT) in 2013. From your comments its very glaring that majority of Nigerians have lot their sense for good music.
Lol @Iyanya, you are on point!
Hmmm, bro if hard work has not pay u well, then try working Smart.. Dont stop dig deep...
I'm sure its ppl like u that think wizkid and Chris brown, Rihanna n d likes make "good" music. FYI, good music died in the 90s. If u doubt it, try to list more than 10 songs released after 2003 that were relevant for up to a year, not to talk of today.
Thank you sir! Real music died in this generation.
