Federal prosecutors said Wednesday that 61-year-old Michael Muoghalu of Pittsuburg faces one count of wire fraud and one count of money laundering.
Muoghalu is accused of taking more than $148,000 in refunds due to the Nigerian students in Pittsburg State's Masters of Business Administration program.
The Pittsburg Morning Sun reports that prosecutors allege that beginning in 2006 Muoghalu worked with an unknown accomplice in Nigeria to persuade 15 Nigerian students to give him part of the refunds they received on deposits for tuition and fees.
Muoghalu was suspended in June and resigned Sept. 15.

When you talk to Nigerians of something, they don't want to hear and they see you as a small child due to they believe they are more expose than you are based on the fact that they have travel to the UK, PARIS or what so ever place outside Nigeria.... I came across this man's documents sent from the U.S as documentation based on a MINI MBA Program/BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. of that same school, I told the man I was with that this is fraud but he didn't listen to me.
Thank God I was given the eyes to see these things ... I have been defrauded in the past based on travel, I took my time over the years to learn and study documents. The lines of documents are very important and when I hear things being said by a fraud star I do recognize their tough. God help us and give us the grace to be humble.

I like blackberry because it is very durable. I have been using my blackberry phone for 5 years now and yet I have not repaired it for one day! Although it is old and my friends are tired of seeing me with the phone I still love it! Another reason is because of the affordable data plans. Again, I like the fact that I can have access to my mails and even download documents that are in Microsoft office format and still be able to view them on my blackberry phone. I can edit the documents if I want and even do my assignments on my phone and print it out for submission. I also like bbm. It makes it easier for one to communicate if u probably do not have airtime to call.
As a manager, my clients tend to see the professionalism in me whenever I bring out my blackberry to take the phone numbers/email ads.
