From Chike's report, Chaz B abruptly signed off on air on Friday the 21st of November, his last presentation, telling listeners he (Chike) will finish the show, this was because he had a Chronic stomach pain. Chike re-echoed for many days that was the cause of his transition and nothing else.
Let us not diminish the miraculous work that was done by God saving his life earlier with a kidney transplant donated by his wife that was a success.
