Why I love my BB #1-with my Z10 hot spots app I can share my data with anyone I like. #2- I can multi task with my bb,other smart phones does too but the chairman is my BB because I don't have to tap the top of my screen,drag it down to do other things,have got a menu which allows me easily switch apps conveniently. #3- the manufacturing of my BB - there's lotS of space for everything! There's space for inbox msgs,outbox,sent,draft etc but other smart phones everything is done on the same page no privacy once someone open ur msg box they see all ur msgs be it inbox,sent etc but not my BB. #4 the data- with my 1month subscription it sticks to that 1month,with all the Downloading,sending of images,my subscriptuon still stands. Can't say that for other smart phones cos they literally cut the throats of their users who are always conscious of what they send,put of their data not to wake up and their subscription is done. #5 sharing of stuffs- with my subscription for a month I can take PICS with anyone and send it to the person via Fb,twitter,whatsap etc and Bluetooth also but not same with other smart phones because of the way they manage their data for fear of it will finish they send stuffs via Bluetooth only,cos other means of sendin it lik via whatsap etc will require all their data gone ,but not my BB. #5 durability- my BB jut like any smart phone might fall but only one gets to survive.other smart phones that's the end cos the repairers will tell you the parts can't be found here,but with my BB any retailing outlet has a spot for repairs and it will be fixed and used again.#6 the sound system- my BB phone just like other smart phones sound system its awesome I will gladly on/off my phone and the whole world won't know I did it cos of its setting I can't say that for other smart phones,their sound when you put it on/off is like wildfire.even when my BB rings it doesn't have to wake up my neighborhood can't say that for othe smart phones. Among the phones I have used so far I can say with all boldness that blackberry is the most effective tool of communication. I started with Bold 2 then upgraded to Bold 4, why because I just fell in love with the services I got.
Blackberry has several advantages over others from my experience;
* Blackberry has the best emailing services (Oh how I just love the pop up message). I don't need to wait several minutes to get a mail delivered, it is prompt!!
* it has the best data compression
* Best download system( and that is the best). It is very smooth and when files downloaded are previewed there are no cracks or freezes)
* Best back up services. I don't need to worry about my contacts, files or media. Weekly backup takes care of all that.
* ability to navigate to so many apps at the same time.
* their monthly sunscription is very very okay, I don't even use up the 3G I get most of the time.
Now tell me why I won't get stuck to blackberry. Lol

The universe may have gone bonkers with the introduction of the iPhone back in 2007 and later on by the influx of Android devices to hit the market, but the good old BlackBerry still has its charm. Even though it continues to lose market share to its competitors, there is something about BlackBerry that simply doesn’t let its hard core fans down. When it comes to technology, Android and iOS devices are at the top of the food chain. So, does that mean BlackBerry is being completely outclassed by its competitors? Absolutely not! I use BB Q5.. i OS is amazing..speed is jus wow n i like dt my fone regularly does updates so I'm not behind on anything..i really enjoy browsing n downloading cos it fast n just on time,and yes since i started to use my fone my battery has gone flat jus 3x in like 10months so i dnt really hv 2 move everywhr or charge my fone on d road,lol. Most of all i love dt my bb allows me alot of exposure for my goods n other customers goods n services at such a cheap rate. I wonder how wide my market would have been without a bb plus let's not talk of costs of transactions through calls. I love how blackberry has evolved, especially with the Blackberry10 OS, The efficiency of the messaging system as well as fluidity of the OS. The seamless (read button-less) interaction with the phone just feels right. The whole screen is one big button on a touch device yet other companies still need a home button... That always killed the feel for me on the iphone.
Battery life is a big thing as well, you can tell the phones made for someone who needs to stay intouch, have quick access to all their contacts over various means of communication. Business comes first but play isn't far behind. For me having the option to use flash is a big one. I'm not huge on apps and like to use the browser for a lot of what I do instead of getting a dedicated app, so being able to stream a hockey game in flash on the CBC website is a nice plus for me.
You can see the QNX roots in the BB10 OS, application management is superb. The system doesn't bog or hang with multiple apps open and it just works as it should. The one downside (can I even call it that?) to the new OS and peek/flow management style is people need to learn it to appreciate it. I know when I played with BB10 in the store for a short period of time it was difficult to get a hang of it (even after watching lots of blackberry demos/conferences). You need to see the potential, commit to the device and then learn it to gain all the benefits of BB10. I can't wait to see how fluid I am as a user in the coming months.
I forget how capable this device is sometimes. HDMI out, mirracast, android runtime, flash, USB OTG and host.
After using an iphone and now on to BB10 there is just no way I can recommend an iphone. Android has its cool factor but considering it needs to be compatible with so many devices just makes the power requirements for smooth operation obscene. It may change as the hardware does get faster and more efficient but until now I have never been impressed with android packing quadcores and the like. Awesome my phone packs a quadcore, hold on while I charge.

I'm impressed that a company that has been struggling to compete for a number of years now has managed to pull out a product so strikingly different from the iPhone 6-shaped status quo.
It's a gamble, BlackBerry – and I like a gambler. So that's reason one why I'm prepared to give the Passport a good look in.
Grouping all notifications together in a single place and giving the ability to dive in and out of them rapidly is a selling point for BlackBerry, and a productivity godsend for people like me that compile messages from multiple work accounts.
Linda, apart from the reasons above, I love blackberry because they are supporting you and your blog. Please give me one of the phones.

Blackberry keys most especially bbtorch have slightly shaped edges that are easy to feel. i can do some typing without staring at the keys but when i type on an android,i have to watch my strokes( for me its not really suiting) ...please don't hate me for me being stale lol.

What is there not to like about blackberry?
I really don't want to write another epistle today, but blackberry pioneered the advent of smart phones with chat options in Nigeria and Africa at large. The features are just superb. It serves as a status phone as well as a functional phone, a luxurious phone as well as a stylish phone.
It is durable, portable, affordable and classy.
The way it brings your contacts closer to you is just awesome and the way it arranges my activities (email, social networks, bbm) in a hub is brilliant.
The best part is how my contacts and calendar automatically gets synchronized with my email and I can take these contacts with me whenever I switch phones.
So many things to talk about blackberry really. I have owned a blackberry phone since 2010 till date and I have nothing negative to say about the phone. It is a mobile device indeed. It serves it's true purpose which is to communicate. Even when the phone goes missing, you can get it back with the blackberry protect. You can contact to your TV set or other electronic devices using the HDML. With the bb10, you can switch between screens, applications, games etc without it freezing. And I just love the way it displays my activities even on locked screen, and the fact that I can reply a message or chat without even switching screens. It just goes on and on...

it was a real surprise when I received the new Blackberry Passport and discovered that the company that was once the dominant leader of smartphones worldwide had come back with a sophisticated, rugged and highly intelligent phone that is capable of meeting the needs of serious professional users like myself.

I love Blackberry phones because of their fast email and messaging services as well as full QWERTY keyboards. No to mention how their BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) revolutionalized Instant Messaging (IM) till other platforms have adopted it. Personally, I use a white Bold 9900 "Bold 5". It is the first Bold to combine a touchscreen and a physical keyboard in a standard candy bar design. The Bold 9900 has a fantastic design, its keyboard is the best I’ve ever used on a smartphone, and its screen is vivid and bright. The Bold 9900 is on its own planet when it comes to text input. The Bold 5 is also a capable media player that has a cool interface, and the 5-megapixel camera makes pictures vivid. But having seen and read about the new BB10 and Blackberry passports, it would be great and amazing of you guys to upgrade me. I heard the OS is superb, cool and sleek. Thanks in anticipation.

No doubt Android is the best selling phone. One thing I still enjoy blackberry more is the responsive key/touch pads which android is 67% below.

Since I started using BlackBerry till date, blackberry is still the number one cheapest phone to use when it comes to subscription. The most convenient phone one can browse with. I really don't think I can use another phone apart from blackberry.

My most classical and most loved feature on the blackberry device is her BBM.
with the 'D' and 'R' services which enables you to know in real time when your message(s) is delivered and read respectively, and its Unique Blackberry internet Service (BIS) And BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES),Im not surprised that the blackberry is now a synonym with the word Oxygen.... we nearly can not live without it.

I love how blackberry has evolved, especially with the Blackberry10 OS, The efficiency of the messaging system as well as fluidity of the OS. The seamless (read button-less) interaction with the phone just feels right. The whole screen is one big button on a touch device yet other companies still need a home button... That always killed the feel for me on the iphone.
Battery life is a big thing as well, you can tell the phones made for someone who needs to stay intouch, have quick access to all their contacts over various means of communication. Business comes first but play isn't far behind. For me having the option to use flash is a big one. I'm not huge on apps and like to use the browser for a lot of what I do instead of getting a dedicated app, so being able to stream a hockey game in flash on the CBC website is a nice plus for me.
You can see the QNX roots in the BB10 OS, application management is superb. The system doesn't bog or hang with multiple apps open and it just works as it should. The one downside (can I even call it that?) to the new OS and peek/flow management style is people need to learn it to appreciate it. I know when I played with BB10 in the store for a short period of time it was difficult to get a hang of it (even after watching lots of blackberry demos/conferences). You need to see the potential, commit to the device and then learn it to gain all the benefits of BB10. I can't wait to see how fluid I am as a user in the coming months.
I forget how capable this device is sometimes. HDMI out, mirracast, android runtime, flash, USB OTG and host.
After using an iphone and now on to BB10 there is just no way I can recommend an iphone. Android has its cool factor but considering it needs to be compatible with so many devices just makes the power requirements for smooth operation obscene. It may change as the hardware does get faster and more efficient but until now I have never been impressed with android packing quadcores and the like. Awesome my phone packs a quadcore, hold on while I charge.

Blackberry is a great smartphone. I have used several series;Curve 2, Bold 2,and now Z10. The BB world is fantastic giving us access to wonderful apps. The battery life is better than most smartphones.
I will love to use the BB passport.

I love the following things about blackberry, for which reason I use only blackberry phones:
1) The keyboard is superb, both for touch screen and others. The key spacing and keypad orientation makes typing fun.
2) There is no back button in blackberry 10 phones. This makes the flow between applications very quick and easy and one is able to briefly slide up and take a peek to see if any new mail/message is in.
3) The blackberry hub feature in blackberry 10 is amazing. My mails, messages, social network updates and instant messages in one. It really makes things easier and faster.
4) For me, blackberry phones have a very wonderful feel and ease of handling. As a matter of fact, most are sleek.
5) Combining work and personal mail on the same phone makes life easy. Thanks blackberry.

okay... here is my short note why i like and prefer BB.
I LIKE MY BLACKBERRY FOR 3 MAJOR REASON WHICH IS SUMMARIZED AS FOLLOWS.
1.More efficient internet structure: BB provides access to an unlimited internet data plan and at the least it provides more internet data at a lower cost than any other phone brand.BB pioneered this structure
2.More efficient mail structure: BB provides the most robust and easy to use email structure. BB pioneered easy access to emails.
3.Most dynamic chat system. BBM redefined chatting on phone and created the platform for whatsapp to enter. At a point people were so used to BBM dat it became a phenomenon, people cud literally be sleeping and chattin on BBM. BBM pioneered so much chat innovations like; no login required, sending of pix n voice, etc

Blackberry phones are unbeatable when it comes to security. The led-light indicator is a very unique thing about blackberry phones which makes you know whether your battery is low. The picture quality is superb. Most Blackberries have keyboards, so you can actually type fast and with no errors. Blackberry is not so expensive and it is available everywhere in the world. It has a MicroUSB connector for synchronization/charging. Blackberry is so diverse and creative combining all the blackberry models produced. Blackberry has expandable memory and the battery is removable. Blackberry also allows programs to multitask and it allows communicating peer-to-peer via PIN identifier,using the email system. All major instant messengers are available on Blackberry including, the most interesting of them all...BBM which was produced by this same blackberry. Blackberry is available with multiple browsers and it synchronizes with iTunes and every other media management program. Subscription is way cheaper compared to other phones. I like blackberry bcos it doesnt exhaust megabytes like most smart phones...it has its unique subscriptions which re quite affordable...and its app world aint bad at all...on d whole, i can say that, if i were to be trapped in an island, i'd be grateful to av my blackberry with me, cos with it, i can watch high tech movies, listen to music, downloads loads of stuff at high speed, i can even skype wit my sist who is abroad, check my emails, whatsapp my friends and surf the net!!!!

I love my blackberry because the Internet subscription is very affordable.
what i mean is, with just N1000 you get to browse for the whole month on the BBC, and N1500 for the BIS with up to 10 email accounts. Unlike the Androids where you have to keep switching off your data so it does not keep reading. Such Unlimited access to the internet from the Blackberry for the whole month makes it the best

Good day Linda, the blackberry smart phone is a phone I'll choose over any phone, anytime anyday. The Bbm application is awesome, faster on a blackberry phone and easy to access. The application world is filled with different games and applications, easy to download and generally fun. The camera is something else, the pictures comes out looking beautiful, clear and we'll defined. Device switch crowns it all, now, I don't have to worry about loosing my datas, contacts and even my beautiful pictures. I just relax in the comfort of my bedroom, and effortlessly switch my device. Blackberry is available with multiple browsers and it synchronizes with iTunes and every other media management program. Subscription is way cheaper compared to other phones. Linda, I have used BlackBerry Curve before, as well as bold 4, presently I'm using BlackBerry Z10 and have enjoyed all. My Z10 has performed beyond my imagination, I send documents to printer from my phone, I copy both PDF and words documents from Web to my phone, I work with excel apps, I convert words to PDF, send mails, I scan. I like my Blackberry phone for it's well communication faetures.E.g BB Email system,you can depend on bb for email because its the best.You have an option of creating 10 different BB email.
Keyboard,it has a keyboard that allows me to type faster and easier.
Indicator light,that tiny little that blinks whenever i receive a msg or alert.And it makes the communication process a more efficient one.
And the subscription is cheap and affordable.
