The true remains that everyone needs a phone but when it comes to
wireless communication, nothing beats the simple utility of RIM’s BlackBerry smartphone. BlackBerry has always been a gold standard for e-mail. I like the fact that I can navigate fast between core apps like Twitter, BBM and e-mail. another thing I really love about blackberry is the indicator light. The indicator light allows me to know when a message comes in without even checking. another thing is the physical keyboard, it allows me to type without errors. As a student of journalism, a freelancer and also an entrepreneur. i would love to have this blackberry passport for the following reasons:

1. The 13 megapixel auto-focus camera would give me a wonderful and clear pictures to Send to my customers about my goods. and also to my publishers.

2. the 3450mAH integrated non-removable battery is also an indication that I can do a lot of things like typing my assignment, writing a story for publication and also communicating with my clients without worrying about my battery going flat.

3. the 32GB internal space will allow me to save up so many important things without worrying about space.

OMG! I wish I have the opportunity to say all the plans I have for this phone.... Lol..... but I just want to let you know that I love blackberry and this Christmas will be a remarkable and memorable one if I am chosen as a winner.

thanks.

I love a blackberry phone because it has a platform for multiple communication around the world through blackberry messenger via the use of a personal identification number(PIN) instead of using phone numbers. With a blackberry protect a blackberry phone can be found if missing and also data can be recovered if backed up. You can beautify a blackberry phone using the blackberry world by downloading various applications, games, accessories and also customize your home screen using themes and wallpapers.
Lastly, what I love so much about a blackberry phone is that it can be used as a tethered modem and to crown it all, blackberry provides a lower monthly subscription rate

I love how blackberry has evolved, especially with the Blackberry10 OS, The efficiency of the messaging system as well as fluidity of the OS. The seamless (read button-less) interaction with the phone just feels right. The whole screen is one big button on a touch device yet other companies still need a home button... That always killed the feel for me on the iphone.

Battery life is a big thing as well, you can tell the phones made for someone who needs to stay intouch, have quick access to all their contacts over various means of communication. Business comes first but play isn't far behind. For me having the option to use flash is a big one. I'm not huge on apps and like to use the browser for a lot of what I do instead of getting a dedicated app, so being able to stream a hockey game in flash on the CBC website is a nice plus for me.

You can see the QNX roots in the BB10 OS, application management is superb. The system doesn't bog or hang with multiple apps open and it just works as it should. The one downside (can I even call it that?) to the new OS and peek/flow management style is people need to learn it to appreciate it. I know when I played with BB10 in the store for a short period of time it was difficult to get a hang of it (even after watching lots of blackberry demos/conferences). You need to see the potential, commit to the device and then learn it to gain all the benefits of BB10. I can't wait to see how fluid I am as a user in the coming months.

I forget how capable this device is sometimes. HDMI out, mirracast, android runtime, flash, USB OTG and host.

After using an iphone and now on to BB10 there is just no way I can recommend an iphone. Android has its cool factor but considering it needs to be compatible with so many devices just makes the power requirements for smooth operation obscene. It may change as the hardware does get faster and more efficient but until now I have never been impressed with android packing quadcores and the like. Awesome my phone packs a quadcore, hold on while I charge.

Faster hardware running BB10/QNX makes me drool with the capabilities

Research In Motion’s first smartphone hit the
market in 2002. Since then, RIM has focused
heavily on e-mail and corporate messaging,
becoming the dominant player in this arena. Overall, the BlackBerry provides the
most optimal power consumption for the business user. Weeks of standby time, hours of talk time, and a removable battery all contribute to the BlackBerry taking the crown from a battery-
performance perspective.
Research In Motion produces great quality hardware that is also
aesthetically pleasing. RIM also offers freedom of
choice, you can purchase many
different BlackBerrys in different form factors.
With its renowned mechanical
keyboards, the BlackBerry is perfect for the road
warrior. You can pound out e-mails, SMS
messages, and take advantage of multiple
keyboard shortcuts to get the most out of your
phone in an efficient manner.
In conclusion, Blackberry is tried, trusted and true.

You could see when not only a contact receives a message , but
also when it ' s opened and read. It ' s good to know if they' re
unavailable or trying to avoid a hard question . You could tell by
looking at the little letters next to the messages . "D " means
delivered , and " R " means read .
It ' s also great for travelling , especially if your phone has wifi .
Hook up to a hotel and enjoy free * international texting .

okay... here is my short note why i like and prefer BB.

I LIKE MY BLACKBERRY FOR 3 MAJOR REASON WHICH IS SUMMARIZED AS FOLLOWS.

1.More efficient internet structure: BB provides access to an unlimited internet data plan and at the least it provides more internet data at a lower cost than any other phone brand.BB pioneered this structure

2.More efficient mail structure: BB provides the most robust and easy to use email structure. BB pioneered easy access to emails.

3.Most dynamic chat system. BBM redefined chatting on phone and created the platform for whatsapp to enter. At a point people were so used to BBM dat it became a phenomenon, people cud literally be sleeping and chattin on BBM. BBM pioneered so much chat innovations like; no login required, sending of pix n voice, etc

Goodluck to me and everyone else

I like Blackberry because of its responsive and durable nature. It's like the worlds in one's palm. Also , considering that they were among the first to bring about mobile internet communication devices to Nigeria and coupled with the cluster of networking options it avails, I say it's a go go for me. Blackberry Passport has gone back to its roots: making tools for getting work done. The ideal BlackBerry user doesn't have time to play games, doesn't have time to send Snapchats. I love the Wide screen and the physical keyboard. Blackberry passport as of the most advance physical keyboard of its competitors. The surface of the keyboard is actually sensitive to touch, so you can scroll through web pages or emails by just gliding your thumb across the keys. mail@gymtout.com.

BlackBerry is well-known as the cellphone brand of choice for people that want to get things done.
For me working out of the box, a BlackBerry 10 device is well-suited for my day-to-day tasks and activities. Activities like shooting off e-mails, making calls, keeping track of appointments, news and updates on social networks, voice and video calls with chats via the bbm app makes life a lot easier. Also having the luxury of a whole wide BlackBerry World full of custom-made apps that can crank your productivity knob to your satisfaction make things even better. The durability and compatibility of the device is amazing which is perfect for heavy users of the device like I do. My daily activity needs extend far beyond native apps most days, so having the ability to grab some awesome third-party apps is a huge bonus for getting things done. This is why I use a Blackberry 10 device.

I love blackberry because I can add myself as a contact and see my status updates (that way i know if network is working), because i don't have to crop my picture to use a s profile picture and it would still have good resolution for others to download. because the bis plans offered for bb phones was more economic and me friendly that the current smartphone plans and most of all beacause of the security on the bis platform. To use my smartphone for work emails I had to download a million and one security apps...but when I used my bb....office email setup was seamless

When it comes to technology blackberry is d bst!
1). Great Keyboards – BlackBerry keyboards are pretty flexible and of great help for fast texting without errors. The keyboards feel way better than touch type. It’s like, you can carry grocery in one hand and text on the other!! Not so easy with touchies eh?
2). Variety in Styles – Frankly speaking, one gets bored of the same old block style. Be it the Samsung Galaxy S5 or the iPhone 5, it’s the same style. With BlackBerry however, you have several unique form factors to choose from – Full QWERTY (Bold/Curve), QWERTY Slider (Torch 9800/9810), Full Touchscreen (Torch 9850/9860 and Z3/Z10), Suretype (Pearl 3G) and QWERTY Flip (Pearl Flip). A style for everyone.
3). Can Be Used Anywhere – An unlocked BlackBerry can be used on almost any carrier around the world, so you are not limited to a few specific carriers.
4). Easy Charging – All new BlackBerry phones use a standardize Micro-USB connector for charging and synchronization.
5). International Roaming – Because BlackBerry supports international carriers, international roaming is not an issue. However, be careful with this as the roaming charges from your carrier might be a little outrageous.
6). Unlimited Wi-Fi Calling – If the BlackBerry runs on T-Mobile USA, it offers unlimited Wi-Fi calling from any corner of the world.
7). Expandable Memory – Fit in as many gigabytes as you want! With flexible memory card options, you don’t have to be limited to phone sets that have a set amount of internal memory.
8). Smooth Multitasking – Oh yes. You can browse and answer messages at the same time. Multi-tasking is smooth and flexible in the Blackberry.
9). BlackBerry Messenger – Before WhatsApp, Viber, and all the other new messaging applications arrived the BlackBerry Messenger was king. Many of its features were copied by its competitors and it is still the most secured messaging app on the market. Best of all, it’s FREE!!!
10). Peer to Peer Technology – Even the older BlackBerry devices allow seamless peer-to-peer communication!
11). Security – There is no debating this one. BlackBerry makes the highest secured mobile phones in the world. There is a reason why the White House uses them and does not allow the President to switch even though he insist on ditching his Blackberry.
12). Email – Simply put, none of BlackBerry’s competitors have been able to match the effectiveness of Blackberry’s distinguished email system.
13). Cool Synchronization – No need for time consuming software’s. Synch your phone with multiple computers simultaneously!
14). Multiple Browsers – All browsers work flawlessly on the BlackBerry. It is not limited to a specific browser type.
15). Synchronizes with iTunes – Very generous! While the iPhone doesn’t synchronize with any other music software, the BlackBerry can synch with iTunes and any other mobile music management software.
16). Relatively Inexpensive – The latest BlackBerry can be purchased for $399 from the company’s website. This is at least $150 dollars cheaper than even the least expensive iPhone 5s or Galaxy S4.
17). Battery Life – Even though battery life differs with each specific BlackBerry phone, in general the average battery life of a BlackBerry cell phone is superior to that of its rivals.
18). Sling – Watch TV on the go by turning your BlackBerry into a TV with slingbox.
19). Screen Share – Don’t limit yourself to calling and texting. Share your screen with anyone you wish through the BBM app.
20). Being Different – When was the last time you saw someone using a BlackBerry?
21). Removable Battery – Knowing that batteries go bad over time, I do not understand why some cell phone manufacturers build phones with non-removable batteries. Gladly, this is not the case with BlackBerry.
21). BBM Social – If you are a developer, the BBM Social Platform API will provide you with access to the social features and functionality of the BlackBerry Messenger, all from within your app. This nd a lot more *i love blackberries plsssssssssssss
I hope I win-->  hi_wyn@yahoo.com

I like Blackberry phones for their
excellent physical keyboards, The
touch-screen of some blackberries have blank areas between the rows of
keys to make it easier to type, and it also can adjust
where the keyboard appears to better match the
position of my thumbs. I love the feature of Blackberry operating system that does not use
"Back" buttons for multitasking. Instead, the Flow
feature lets me transition between applications by
using my finger to flip them to the side. The Peek
feature lets me look briefly at my messages and
notifications without having to exit my application
and open the Hub.I love the fact that BlackBerry phones benefit from a single inbox, called
the BlackBerry Hub, which consolidates messages
from all of my email accounts with instant
messages, and social networking updates. It also
handles my phone calls, voicemails, text messages
and messages from the redesigned BlackBerry
Messenger. I also love the high quality features of blakberry cameras that allow one to take clear and high definition photographs plus the led flash light that some have. I am still exploring bb world though, so I think there are much more facinating and wonderful things about bb that I need to explor.

I love BlackBerry phones. The post says, "a short note", but please pardon me because I can't do no short notes on BlackBerry, lol. I start with my experience with BlackBerry phones.
I first started using BlackBerry phones in December 2011, and since then I've been hooked. I started with a Bold 5.
Crazy as it sounds, I used four BlackBerry Bold 5 phones within a space of 11 months. The first got bad within a week, I got another one and when it was stolen within a few days, I said, "alright I'm done!" - I was sad I spent a lot of money on phones, which didn't last .I made up my mind to buy another kind of phone.
I got to a phone shop to get a new phone, I don't know how it happened, but I ended up going home with another Bold 5. lol.
I used that Bold 5 for 9 months, and it crashed. I went to a phone shop to get another type of phone, but "what happened in 1976,happened again " ,Another Bold 5! .Glad nothing happened to that one (smile), I used it for a couple months then gave it out ,when BB10 was released .
BlackBerry phones are addictive, at least to me. That explains why I kept going back, inspite of all my ill luck with the Bold 5. The features are just amazing- I love the latest OS, the Camera, BBM,BlackBerry Hub,Unique Notifications , etc. I got my contacts back, any time I got a new BlackBerry !
I use a Z10 now,I've had it since October last year and I haven't had any reason to complain.
I love the fact that BlackBerry phones are better than ever before, and I pray that BlackBerry phones will always be available because I'm addicted.
I've read amazing reviews of the BlackBerry Passport, and I'd be ecstatic if I get to use one.
I am easygoing, sociable and I love BlackBerry phones.

Why I love my BB #1-with my Z10 hot spots app I can share my data with anyone I like. #2- I can multi task with my bb,other smart phones does too but the chairman is my BB because I don't have to tap the top of my screen, drag it down to do other things, have got a menu which allows me easily switch apps conveniently. #3- the manufacturing of my BB - there's lotS of space for everything! There's space for inbox msgs, outbox, sent, draft etc but other smart phones everything is done on the same page no privacy once someone open ur msg box they see all ur msgs be it inbox, sent etc but not my BB. #4 the data- with my 1month subscription it sticks to that 1month,with all the Downloading, sending of images,my subscriptuon still stands. Can't say that for other smart phones cos they literally cut the throats of their users who are always conscious of what they send, put of their data not to wake up and their subscription is done. #5 sharing of stuffs- with my subscription for a month I can take PICS with anyone and send it to the person via Fb,twitter, whatsap etc and Bluetooth also but not same with other smart phones because of the way they manage their data for fear of it will finish they send stuffs via Bluetooth only, cos other means of sendin it lik via whatsap etc will require all their data gone ,but not my BB. #5 durability- my BB jut like any smart phone might fall but only one gets to survive.other smart phones that's the end cos the repairers will tell you the parts can't be found here, but with my BB any retailing outlet has a spot for repairs and it will be fixed and used again.#6 the sound system- my BB phone just like other smart phones sound system its awesome I will gladly on/off my phone and the whole world won't know I did it cos of its setting I can't say that for other smart phones, their sound when you put it on/off is like wildfire.even when my BB rings it doesn't have to wake up my neighborhood can't say that for othe smart phones. My BB is sleek and is the first to bring out bbm while other smart phones follow their lead#iamhe# ibisakiharry@yahoo.com

The universe may have gone bonkers with the introduction of the iPhone back in 2007 and later on by the influx of Android devices to hit the market, but the good old BlackBerry still has its charm. Even though it continues to lose market share to its competitors, there is something about BlackBerry that simply doesn’t let its hard core fans down. When it comes to technology, Android and iOS devices are at the top of the food chain. So, does that mean BlackBerry is being completely outclassed by its competitors? Absolutely not! And here are some reasons why:
1). Great Keyboards – BlackBerry keyboards are pretty flexible and of great help for fast texting without errors. The keyboards feel way better than touch type. It’s like, you can carry grocery in one hand and text on the other!! Not so easy with touch Screens
Something for both the old and classy
3). Can Be Used Anywhere – An unlocked BlackBerry can be used on almost any carrier around the world, so you are not limited to a few specific carriers
4). Easy Charging – All new BlackBerry phones use a standardize Micro-USB connector for charging and
5). Unlimited Wi-Fi Calling – If the BlackBerry data is running unlimited Wi-Fi calls are available to the user.
. 6) Expandable Memory – Fit in as many gigabytes as you want! With flexible memory card options, you don’t have to be limited to phone sets that have a set amount of internal memory.
7). Smooth Multitasking – Oh yes. You can browse and answer messages at the same time. Multi-tasking is smooth and flexible in the Blackberry.
8). BlackBerry Messenger – Before WhatsApp, Viber, and all the other new messaging applications arrived the BlackBerry Messenger was king. Many of its features were copied by its competitors and it is still the most secured messaging app on the market. Best of all, it’s FREE!!!
9). Peer to Peer Technology – Even the older BlackBerry devices allow seamless peer-to-peer communication...shimite47@gmail.com

9). Peer to Peer Technology – Even the older BlackBerry devices allow seamless peer-to-peer communication....Shimite47@gmail.com
