Why I love Blackberry is because its available in five form factors which includes; small keyboard, large keyboard, no keyboard, flip phone, and candy-bar.
Blackberry phones are unbeatable when it comes to security. The led-light indicator is a very unique thing about blackberry phones which makes you know whether your battery is low,new message,blue-tooth on and the likes. The picture quality is superb. Most Blackberries have keyboards, so you can actually type fast and with no errors. Helps while driving, walking, carrying something in your other hand. Blackberry is not so expensive and it is available everywhere in the world. It has a MicroUSB connector for synchronization/charging. Blackberry is so diverse and creative combining all the blackberry models produced. Blackberry has expandable memory and the battery is removable. Blackberry also allows programs to multitask and it allows communicating peer-to-peer via PIN identifier, using the email system. All major instant messengers are available on Blackberry including the most interesting of them all...BBM which was produced by this same blackberry. Blackberry is available with multiple browsers and it synchronizes with iTunes and every other media management program. Subscription is way cheaper compared to other phones. I love blackberry so much...not to talk about this bb passport which is awesome for business purposes.. Victoriaigbinoba@yahoo.com

Hi, my name is Emmanuel. This is why i love blackberry;

BBMhis chat is unique with blackberry, you don't need to resize photos for then to fit in on dp. They just perfectly fit in. The red light that blinks when there's a new message, that's awesome.

APPWORLD: for a lover of colors and themes like me, with appworld blackberry gives the best.

VOICE INPUT: I love BlackBerry for this. I can just act in charge and input my voice commands to get task done. I don't have to touch my phone if I don't want to.

Blackberry passport is very unique in that it. Has an affordable plan compared to other smartphones.luke myself I pay a thousand naira monthly and still get 3gig for a full month. BlackBerry is the only phone that has blackberry messenger that you can chat and video call with people all over the world,i download enough videos and watch them on my blackberry smartphone without been charged a lot.....unlike some of my friends who have to put off their data anytime they are going to bed, just cos it will still be running. to end this let me give one funny example, one if my friends once took a pix of me with her Samsung galaxy, and it was s o beautiful, I then asked her to send the pix to my phone, she told me she doesn't have megabytes to spare....i laughed at her and told her this is suffering and smiling as far as I am concerned because with my blackberry phone I can send one thousand pictured without been charged. thanks esebeauty21@yahoo.com

No backup required for your bbm contacts and no more headache when you loose your phone or give it out.

As for BBM, my contact list was dwindling even back in December 2011. Now it’s down to one regular contact. that red indicator light? I love it as much as I ever have. I noted in my last post that iPhones don’t have a tiny little light that flashes when there’s a new message or alert. That’s still the case. And as one recent Blackberry to iPhone convert put it, “That’s what I miss most about my BlackBerry. Now I have to turn my phone on to check if I have new messages.”

My physical keyboard is still a dealbreaker. I won’t give up on it and neither have other loyal BlackBerry fans.

In my comprehensive experience, there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to a mobile device. Currently the playing field is has 6 big teams out there. Blackberry, iPhone, Android, Windows Mobile, and Handsets (phone-first devices, e.g. Motorola RAZR).

Instead of limiting to just blackberries, I want to give you a quick run down of the major players to help you formulate your decision. I did love my blackberry, but I loved my android devices more because they suited me best. Blackberry is a tried and true device. It runs on a java based system and is fairly solid. Blackberry is all about efficiency. Out of all my devices I've owned, I've never been able to reply to an SMS, send an email to coworkers with a calender appointment. Whatever path you take to perform a task, there is usually an even shorter way to do it. It also allows some heavy customization on a few manners such as the profiles (audio alerts for calls and sms etc) and even AutoText (Type letters "xxf" and will replace with "I'm currently driving. I'll talk to you in a few minutes"). This is heavily geared towards business users and really meant to be used with a BES. It centers most of its function around E-Mail (making it superior to all other devices in the E-Mail field).

The first two reasons still remain true for me today. As for BBM, my contact list was dwindling even back in December 2011 when i told my friends about my loyalty. Mehn i cant believe i can make calls with my BB, so amazing.

But that red indicator light? I love it as much as I ever have. I noted in my last post that iPhones don’t have a tiny little light that flashes when there’s a new message or alert. That’s still the case. And as one recent Blackberry to iPhone convert put it, “That’s what I love most about my BlackBerry. Even though its a curve two.My physical keyboard is still a dealbreaker. I won’t give up on it and neither have other loyal BlackBerry fans.So when BlackBerry, formerly known as Research In Motion, launched its new phones last month it was no surprise that those two key features that keep me in love with my BlackBerry, the indicator light and full keyboard, were still in playWhile my BBM is no longer a reason that keeps me a BlackBerry user I do have a new reason to remain loyal. It was sparked while reading a Forbes post about Instagram not releasing an app for the new BlackBerry. The post is titled “Instagram Delivers A Painful Blow To BlackBerry’s Software Hopes.”

The author argues that without desirable apps like Instagram BlackBerry becomes a lot less desirable. That may be true among potential BlackBerry converts but I doubt it will be a dealbreaker for existing BlackBerry users.

In essence, my third reason for not switching to a smarter Smartphone (just yet) is that I’m not convinced I need one. If you’re still using a Blackberry by choice then you probably don’t care very much about Instagram or any other trendy app because you don’t care for your phone to act like a toy.

You like your phone for its…well, communication features. BlackBerry’s e-mail system, keyboard and indicator light all make the communication process a more efficient one. I really would love to own one of this passports to paradise. I loveee blackberry. Incase am picked o, abeg contact me tru dammynaboy@yahoo.com

What I love about the BlackBerry is its convenience. It's my wrist watch, alarm clock, microsoft office(work), bbm(keeping in touch), internet access(school), my DSLR(clear mega pixels), the keypad on my Q10 makes the BlackBerry a complete package for me. I know y'all are gon say it doesn't have instagram, but it does have the instagram viewer, which is cool. In fact, my Q10 is in use all day and at the end of the day, when I get home, I remember my I-phone. I've had my eyes on the Passport since it was launched. I think it's amazing.

Sized perfectly for one hand use 3. Great e-mail and messaging service 4. Simple access to all social networks 5. Great phone to do business because of awesome apps. 6. Great security, I can secure my phone well and locate it when missing. 7. Better than i-phones cos it has key pads and you hardly have to deal with auto-correct mistakes 8. Battery can easily be removed when you wish 9. Strong and durable, doesn't break easily 10. Best games ever 11. Easy to customise with different phone jackets 12. Easy to get BBM pins from other phones by just scanning the bar code. I pray I win!

I love the BlackBerry Messenger which is like the most rated instant messenger in the world, I gotta say BlackBerry is quite a unique brand from its specially made applications to its unique and reasonably upgraded operating system and if there's anything I must commend Rim for, it's the BlackBerry keypad/keyboard, I mean it's the best u can find on any phone. Did I mention that all these come with the cheapest Internet data plan you can find? To tweet, chat, download tons of stuff, visit LIB, Skype even Instagram, Like what else could I possibly ask for. BlackBerry Passport's screen size will make it ideal for looking at everything from schematics to x-rays, word documents and spreadsheets. Of course it's also going to make the handset ideal for web-browsing

The Passport will run the BB 10.3 operating system. It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor and 3GB of RAM, specifications which are comparable to phablets in Samsung's Galaxy Note range.

Internal memory is shaping up to be 32GB with space to expand this with a micro SD card slot (up to 64GB).

Battery life

The Passport packs a large 3450mAh battery life, and BlackBerry is touting a battery life of around 30 hours for power users that browse the web, take calls and access multimedia content using the device.

Whilst testing out a pre-production device, blackberrypassport handset retained 15 per cent battery life after 16 hours of usage.

Early impressions

So far the blackberry passport has been the only publication to get extended time with the Passport. Although it looks like it could take users a while to get used to the unique design and keyboard, conclusions have been positive.

“It fits in dress shirt pockets and you can hold it with one hand. You just need two hands to use it. The battery lasts forever and the screen is a breath of fresh air for the 'cramped' Q10 users,” CrackBerry noted.

“The phone (if we can call it that) is meant for executives and serious businessmen who will now do more on their BlackBerry smartphones.”

With BlackBerry managing to retain customers in the enterprise market, the release of a truly big screen device is likely to be welcomed by those who still crave a physical keyboard.

Apps

Blackberry Passport 10.3 users will have access to software offered by the Amazon App Store, to broaden the range of services at their fingertips.

this means users should have access to "hundreds of thousands" of additional apps, including consumer offerings such as Minecraft, Pinterest and Cut The Rope 2.

Meanwhile, they'll also be given the chance to download one free, and upload article in cloud

More efficient internet structure: BB provides access to an unlimited internet data plan and at the least it provides more internet data at a lower cost than any other phone brand.BB pioneered this structure

More efficient mail structure: BB provides the most robust and easy to use email structure, due to competiton bw google and yahoo, Yahoo mail is sometimes inefficient on andrioid phones. Also other phone brands require more settings for uncOmmon emails unlike BB. BB pioneered easy access to emails.

Most dynamic chat system. BBM redefined chatting on phone and created the platform for whatsapp to enter. At a point people were so used to BBM dat it became a phenomenon, people cud literally be sleeping and chattin on BBM. BBM pioneered so much chat innovations like; no login required, sending of pix n voice messages

Blackberry is available in five form factors – small keyboard, large keyboard, no keyboard, flip phone, and candy-bar. 3. Most Blackberries have keyboards, so you can actually type fast and with no errors. Helps while driving, walking, carrying something in your other hand – all the time. 4. Blackberry uses standardised (=inexpensive and available everywhere in the world) MicroUSB connector for synchronization/charging. 5. Blackberry has expandable memory. 6. Blackberry has removable and expandable battery. 7. Blackberry allows programs to multitask. 8. The newest Blackberry screen resolution is 480x360. 9. Blackberry allows communicating peer-to-peer via PIN identifier, circumventing the email system. 10. Skype (NASDAQ:EBAY) on the Blackberry? Yes, from anywhere to anywhere. 11. All major instant messengers are available on Blackberry.
12. Blackberry is available with multiple browsers from multiple suppliers. Uwagbale A. Oriaifo... oriaifo@gmail.com

I have un-countable reasons why I love BlackBerry but since you said a few, i'll list just a few: 1. Fingers of all shapes and sizes can use the keypads comfortably 2. I pray I win!

i like the blackberry keyboard "QWERTY KEYBOARD" which i consider the best in my opinion because blackberry made the keyboards elegant and efficient to use. Not to talk about "EMAILS", you can depend on your blackberry for emails.
