The advances they have made in Nigeria had created an emergency situation against which the president was humble enough not to court brinkmanship, but cry out for international support to fight the transnational monster called Islamism!!!!

He is actually very stupid.what has he done to stop the rebels who are present in his own country?he is not able to arrest Joseph conie and has called ICC to intervene.Is the ICC a local court?
