Waje recently paid a visit
to Benin City, Capital of her home state, Edo. As part of her brief visit, the singer paid a courtesy visit to the Oba of
Benin; Omo N’Oba N’edo, Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Erediauwa, CFR.
During the visit,
Waje sang a belated happy birthday to the delighted Oba who later presented the
Edo-born star with a personally ordered gift-bag. Waje’s visit continued with a
courtesy call on the Commissioner of Information and Vibes, Rhythm and
iNdependent Radio in Benin where she was able to relate with her Edo based fans
over the radio. The singer is set to return to Benin City in a few weeks for
