There's just something about that second photo that doesn't look right. I get the look he's trying to put up with that jacket and quite long tie but he totally ruined it. The first photo however,is totally perfect. Not only does the polka dot tie compliment his dress shirt color,the double-breasted jacket also sits very well on him.
