Introducing Lovefootball Fantasy Football League

As the 2013/2014 Premier League season gets under way, it is with great delight that Ideas Plus Nigeria introduces Lovefootball Fantasy Football League to the Nigerian football loving community and a whooping N2,500,000 Cash Prize Pot to be won.

Lovefootball is a fantasy football game powered by the real life performances of your favorite players in the English Barclays Premier League. Participation is Free with our Basic Package with the option to upgrade to our paid packages with extra multiple team options.

The game is a season long competition that runs in sync with the Premier League calendar and football fans across the nation are able to compete for cash prizes adding up to 2,500,000 Naira

The primary goal of all our users is to be the best football manager of the league. The league allows you to create, select and manage your very own fantasy team of 15 players of your choice (11 fielded and 4 substitutes), from across the Premier League with an assigned team budget.

Every user is allowed to sign up and create one free team. All you need to sign up is your name and an email address. We would also need to know your favorite football team as you also stand a chance of winning your favorite club football jersey in our pre-season competition.

The game is primarily based around the English Premier League hence the team you choose will be primarily made of players that play in the premiership. To spice things up we have also included 20 players who play outside the Premier League called Super Players such as the likes of Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar, Balotelli, Falcao just to mention a few.

Points are earned and lost based on every goal, every assist, every clean sheet and red and yellow card. The cumulative points acquired by each of your player for their respective real life team is what adds up to form your team points. Points are also earned by inviting friends to the league.

The prize pot for the season is N2,500,000 Naira with the overall league winner walking away with N250,000 Naira cash. Also in each and every month of the season the top 3 Managers who have acquired the most points for the calendar month will win cash prizes of N50k, N30k and N20k respectively all season long.

Consolation prizes will also be given out to other participants depending on their overall position on the league table at the end of the season.
