I had the same experience a few months back at omole jucntion(big treat) by a dark skinny female officer named Mercy, I ended up parting with 2k from a bill of 20k. They look for anything to just extort money from u and this are offences they could just cite a warning for, instead they jump in ur car and make fake phone calls and extort u. how is police our friend o??
Good use of media gadget and social media. I wonder what the offence of the motorist was. It would have been nice to have a balanced story. The motorist agreed to part with some money..... that presumes that he may have been found culpable of an offence. In any case, it does not justify the action of the police officer(s) in extorting money from motorist under the disguise of any offence.
