Story!! As if it's not glaring that the man behind both dog and "trainer" pushed the "trainer" to the left, who then dragged the dog with her to the left.
It's called CCTV camera, they are installed in public and some private places for security reasons. So if for example a robbery takes place, they are able to identify the perpetrators/ suspects

Abeg it's not the dog jor... then man also heard the car sound and looked back that's why he ran quick. Dog's always look around so if the man was deaf he would have assumed the dog was just looking around as usual. Dem go just twist headline to make news. Thank God for their life still.
