It is possible to have a flat tummy after child birth, i know cos i lost ALL my pregnancy weight and then some 6 months after having my child and i rocked a bikini on last summer and plan to do the same this summer. Stop making excuses ladies, hit the gym or jog outdoors...get moving and watch your body transform! It can be done!
