Okay, I took my WAEC in 2000 and I know the birth date I used. In fact I used a football age.
The fact is that civil Administration in Nigeria is zero and anybody can claim any age and get away with it.
For instance, my father who is in his 90s told me that he started hearing of OBJ as a president when he was like 18 and today OBJ is still claiming to be in his 70s while my father is in his 90s.

How many people say their age in the WAEC Certificate, where getting an entry level position require you have 5 yrs of experience and be at least 25yrs, and WAEC certificate has been used by most banks to confirm their age.
