Haba Linda. 250 million naira in Asaba? Not possible. This is not Lagos or Abuja o. I work for a property company in Delta State and for most parts of the state (Asaba, Warri, Sapele and so on)..land prices peak at about N20million save for a few exceptions. It will also not cost hundreds of millions to build a property on this land except you use gold.... In Delta State, you can buy good duplexes from 20million.

I work for a property company in Delta State and for most parts of the state (Asaba, Warri, Sapele and so on)..land prices peak at about N20million save for a few exceptions. It will also not cost hundreds of millions to build a property on this land except you use gold.... In Delta State, you can buy good duplexes from 20million.
