The army explained that since most attacks of suicide bombers are being carried out with vehicles loaded with improvised explosive devices (IEDs), these vehicle stoppers disallow bombers from reaching their targets as it forcefully stops any vehicle that comes in contact with it at whatever speed.
The move was part of the army's corporate social responsibility in curtailing the spate of suicide bombing at worship centres in the north.

This is a security issue and should not be made public like dis bcos those behind these attacks might just device other means to carry out their evil deeds. Ways like dis to combat crime should be made secret. just my thought

Even though this device cant stop motorbikes and foot bombers, it can at least stop vehicles loaded with IEDs which is the commonest. Let's solve our issues one after the other. Kudos to the inventor(s)
