Following the killing of at least six people at a Deeper Life Church in Gombe last night, over 2,000 angry youths armed with axes, cutlasses went on rampage today Friday 6th in Sapele, injuring over 50 Muslims at the Hausa quarters in Sapele, Delta state.

What is 50 people injured? It should have been better when it is 50 Hausa / Muslims killed, then we can start counting the scores to be Muslims 10, Christians 1. The issue of people being killed in the north is almost always misrepresented to instigate hate in Nigeria. The media is quick to point out how many Igbos and christians are being killed and mostly blame the Hausa/fulani. First of all there is nothing like Hausa/fulani, thats like saying Igbo/Yoruba, they're not the same people.
Secondly, a majority of the north are actually christians, please research the number of local governments in each northern state that are populated predominantly by christians as compared to those that are populated predominantly by muslims. for northerners to kill "christians" it means they kill eachother, themselves and their brothers and sisters.
All these things are to distract us from the real issues we have at hand. A failure of leadership, rife corruption more entrenched in our government and system more than ever before, lack of security, rising rate of poverty, and many more.
People, christians AND muslims are dying everyday in Maiduguri, Kaduna, Adamawa, Kano and many more states in the north and Nigeria from these things.
Let us come together as one people, one Nation regardless of our religion, tribe, gender or locality and fight corruption and say No to being used and abused. Let us come together and demand our right, lets us come together and demand a better Nigeria.
i have 3 muslim friends and they have been very wonderful people , it hurts me when i see what the muslims are doing to our people , i feel like cutting of friendship that has spanned over ten years yet when i think of the love and all we have gone through ,the cord that binds us would not allow that. am praying for every christian that is still holed up in the north , the lord keep y'all.

To the person who says there is no Hausa/Fulani race in Nigeria. They may have been 2 distinct ethincities in the past but now that line is blurred. Almost all Fulanis speak Hausa as their lingua franca, they also share similar, if not the same, cultural practices, have intermarried, intermingled, dress exactly alike, are almost inevitably muslim, and share the same rabid hatred of christians and non hausa/fulani muslims. Yes. Non Hausa muslims are regularly casualties of these attax. They are not considered true muslims by the self righteous hausa/fulani muslim cabal! The Igbo/Yoruba example you gave just does not hold water. To this day, no self respecting member of either tribe could be mistaken for the other even by foreigners. Very different languages, dress codes, culture, beliefs etc How could you even begin to compare both? As for the assertion that muslims also die in these attax, that is so laughable. Are muslims the intended targets? No. In every war there must be collateral damage and thats only when the Hausa/fulanis become victims, except of course, when like the rabid dogs they are, they turn upon themselves in the mad frenzy Allah apparently puts upon them. The police found out he's an SSS operative. Thereafter there was a directive from above and enormous pressure to suppress and kill the story.
