it so sad.if only the governor will focus on doing impt thing like the iwofe road which is now a death trap (which is the road this pple where trying to avoid) and not some jamboree which billions are spent and doesnt generate any income for the state and at least pay the workers november salary.is that too much to ask?

Iwofe road is terrible.when I visited PH,I had 2 pay 800 to the cab man to cross one short distance.RIP to them,they crossed to another life while tryin 2 cross to the other side of the road

whatever happened to life jackets?? These regulators need to up their game. U don't allow people enter boats without life jackets and proper insurance policies. We really need a Dora in all these failing agencies. May their soul RIP.
Boats should be safe too. With life jacket for everyone on board. This type of stupid death should send people protesting and demanding their rights to good road and safe water passage.

When we complaint about Amaechi's hatred of the riverine area his people from north of our border shouted us down. They say we hate him because of his upland origin. The money being used for publicity to describe Amaechi as a 'superman' could have been better used for development purposes. His credentials as a capable administrator are dubious save his stint as a helping hand in Odili's kitchen. This is part of the faeces Odili flushed upon us. Those who fought politically and militarily for the creation of Rivers State in 1967 are now strangers in their own homeland. How many projects has GEJ commissioned in the riverine areas. The upland people in Rivers State should for once prove their mettle and fight for a state of their own. We ask no more.
