i barely heard about it, what promotion, and with those weak ass first two singles? WOW. they must feel because they are P-Square some people will automatically buy, not me! they better stop effing around and get serious with their music again. it is not by force to constantly put out albums.

mind you, im going based off of the first two singles, which are nothing to write home about, so i can only imagine the rest of the album.

Nigerians never cease to amaze me! "Money Money Money" in Nigeria, money talks and nothing else matters. thats exactly why Nigeria is in its piss poor state today.
IDGAF how much money they make, their latest music is crap! you cannot even compare their music now to their Game Over album. I want to see our artists improve, not sinking because their egos or heads are inflated (or maybe pressure from the record company). they are going down the same road as Bracket. thats the only reason why i give artists like Beyonce credit where it's due (even though i don't really like her) but she is CONSISTENT! take Michael Jackson for example. his album in 2001 (or something like that) barely sold compared to his others. BUT HE IS MICHAEL JACKSON!!!!! RIGHT? lesson here is don't get too comfortable and be consistent. if you can't top what you've done, take a friggin break. i forgot those two songs Linda posted here within a matter of minutes. but then again, this is Nigeria/Africa, so it might be different.

I agree with Alicia on this one, the Game Over album was superb, also happens to be my favorite Psquare album. Their recent work can't compare, I still like it but it isn't as good.

@Alicia, anybody accusing you of being an "Opinionator" (...lol though!) by profession is obviously an "Opinionator's PA" by choice, reading your every word! Nigeria would be a better place if everyone expressed their true opinion instead of playing to the gallery. U rock!

THIS BLOG IS FILLED WITH NUT CASES! I thought blogs were meant to be a place for discussions or debates, but no, people would rather insult you cause they have nothing else to say. if you disagree, why not "BUMP" what I said with something reasonable instead of writing 2 lines of utter crap?
the point im trying to make is, if P Square doesn't step their game up, someone else will! you are not always gonna be on top.
as nich pointed out, they are the biggest stars in Africa at the moment, and im sure its blown up their head.
if they have better songs, they should release them, because the first two will not drive me to spend a penny on anything.

i am with Alicia on this.
this boys keep taking mediocrity to new lows.
the fact that they make loads of money is that this is the season for mediocrity.
they and Bracket have some of thr lamest lyrics i have ever heard in a long while.

No one cares if you buy the damn or crappy album Alicia - You are just one in a million copies that they're gonna sell. Won't remove a hair from their skin , other arising artists in Africa or not

@Zaybee, don't knock yourself because people actually agree with me. or is it killing you inside? LOL instead of saying something back, all you can do is insult. what i said must be true, is it not?

all of you saying "they are making their money blah blah" yes please buy their album and do a review for folks like me since all of you seem to agree that folks can put out crap because they are "making their money" and expect us to go and buy it because they are supposedly Africa's biggest musical stars and can never be dethroned.
what an extremely sad mentality to have. reminds me of the post when Rihanna went nude and all folks could say is "she is making her money" LOL. at what price? HORRIBLE MENTALITY.

alicia you might have you opinion dat d latest songs ain't up to your expectation! but give those guys a break! they can't churn out hits after hits all the time.its not easy.. but i think you should hold your opinion till you hear d rest of the album...but i still dont think forever is a bad song!! i even prefer it to No one like you! hear dat song in a 5000 watts sony and you will have another opinion.

Alicia says... said...

@ZayBee, the connection was there, you're just too dumb to figure it out. I'm talking about the Nigerian mentality that if someone is "getting their money" then it doesn't matter what they do. I'm sure they can even be into human trafficking and using folks for rituals as long as they're "getting their money"
Rihanna went nude and all some hypocritical (and i call them this because they sure wouldn't have the same sentiments if it were a Nigerian celeb) folks could say was "she is getting her money"
P Square sings crap and all they can say is "they are getting their money"?? yeah right, there is only so long you can continue to buy crap. dont let "Africa's biggest stars" get to your head. cause once your music stars slippin, someone else with better music will most likely dethrone you and take your spot. MONEY ISN'T EVERYTHING!
