I knew there will never be a credible election with PDP. Nigerians are not so daft to allow a continuation of 12 years misrule. I am joining Buhari to weep for the nation. This is apalling.......so who is deceiving who. So, how can we take our beloved country back from these cabal, monsters in power, looters, fraudsters, killers... u name it.I know God will deliver this country when is time.mcccheeew.

Nigerians are themselves their worst enemies. Its so disgraceful and shameful but more insanely pitiful that the poor ignorant ones that survives on less than a dollar a month are being used to perpetrate fraud. They are also the ones to suffer the most when these arrogant fools gets into government.......the irony of our lives.

well, this video is not sufficient evidence- it has to be backed up by eye witness accounts.

I don't want to hear that this is not sufficient evidence. You see someone thumb-printing different ballot papers in a whole booklet, while INEC officials look on! Please, don't defend the indefensible. See http://ireport.cnn.com/docs/DOC-591032

Anon. 11:34 hit the nail on the head. The problem is not with the corrupt cabal but with us nigerians because when our attitude changes towards corruption then the situation is half solved. When we can be bought with a few nairas or dollars then that means the corrupt cabal will continue their misrule and their personal enrichment programs unabated but when we start saying NO!!!! to their invitations to be bought then true changes can now begin. This video is so painful to watch because I know that woman probably have children and whenever the money they gave her to do this shameful act is exhausted and the change she wants to see in her community is not forthcoming then it will dawn on her that she sold her birthright and her children's birthright for a few measly naira. It's truly a shame!!!!!!

Let's not jump in2 conclusion since d authenticity of dis video can't b independently verified. What if it was stage managed by fifth columnists bent on discrediting d elections.

This is so sad!! With this level of evidence some people still doubt and ask for more proofs? Like someone rightly said, Most Nigerians have been dehumanised, they cant even think anymore. We really deserve the crop of looters leading us in their monstrous fashion.Check the original post on youtube, their names and occupations were mentioned, they are not anonymous(The woman in ankara is a River state university's staff, in black is the PDP's women leader and the 2 boys are staffs of the local Govt).Did you believe it when INEC said 117 ballot boxes were missing? Pls lets be reasonable and think like people with some sense of dignity.

For all the people saying that the video is not conclusive proof of electionin fraud, what do you think the woman with the very busy thumb and her look out were doing?

I would like to know if it is the practice of INEC to allow election officials, such as these two women, to vote at the election site they are to oversee or are election officials to vote elsewhere and prior to manning a site? Also, how is it possible for the Ijaw minority to win all three senatorial seats in Rivers State without cheating? Even in the US where elections are more transparent, it took how many centuries to elect a minority as president.

Anyways, I suggest two solutions to curb election fraud in Nigeria:

One, there should be open and obvious video surveillance of election sites or at least allow multiple media outlets to video tape sites from beginning to end (including counting of ballots). All election officials should be required to wear uniforms designating them as such. I was confused by the video as to whom was an election official and who was not. Also, there was just a lack of decorum at this site.

Two, no two persons have the same fingerprints; not even identicle twins. Technology exists that is used to match fingerprints. It is used in the US to do background checks of individuals for a variety of purposes such as working with vulnerable populations such as children. I have seen this technology and also submitted my fingerprints for a criminal background check to ensure that I do not have a criminal record before being allowed to work with children. INEC can begin to look into how to adapt this fingerprint matching technology to Nigeria's elections in order to prevent one person from voting more than once. For example, after each site closes, a random sample of voting ballots can be selected from the site and run through the fingerprint matching machine and if it detects that several thumb prints match then that is an indicator that a person voted more than once. Also, the election officials at each site should be required to submit their fingerprints prior to the election and if their prints are found on any ballot at the site they oversee, then it would be obvious that they participated in election fraud at that site.
