anytime i come on this blog..i c pessimists at work. from the owner to those who comment on her negativity. Is it not better to have a free n fair election , than for him to have continued the election when he nu there were problems that needed to be rectified in order to ensure fairness?..Na Wah!!!... what more do Nigerians want?..naija is moving bakwards..for that ignorant goat, it was on this same site that it was recorded dat naija has experienced an economic growth of over 8%; yet we r moving backwards. and for the 1st comment there..if u hate naija GET THE HELL OUT!..LAWD..ya'll kill me. u will not support Goodluck, Jega or any other person there trying to turn this our country around. all ya'll do here is curse them out. abeg keep ur negative thoughts in your head cos letting them out only shows ur level of ignorance.

Maurice Iwu was not just incompetent, but chronically corrupt! Everything was wrong with that election process and yet he went on to conduct what is today the greatest sham in the history of Nigeria. See how many elections were overturned by the courts and you dare to even make a comparison when we havent even started voting? In Nigeria where NO leader or political appointee ever takes responsibility for their actions, it takes COURAGE for a man to stand before Nigerians and say "I am sorry, we need to cancelthis because there is a problem." Which would have been better? to go ahead and face even worse repercussions or to move it forward to enable them do all humanly possible to clear or at the least reduce the bottlenecks and challenges on ground? In Nigeria and especially with football and politics,SPECTATORS always believe they are better than the players on the field. Even God cant please Nigerians. A man admits to a challenge we say "Shoot him down!" Another carries on blindly we say "Kill him!" Haba peeps, give this a chance and if you truly love this country, pray that God helps us out of this. Patience is a virtue and one cultivated by practice. Lets give this man a chance...be patient, and please think deeply before you post ur comments.

This is definitely another game plan but it is a game of shame!
First, can a wedding date be fixed without having a bride! It is definitely a game because it was obvious that since Friday, it seems impossible for the election to hold and still, they believed we are puppet!
Second, it has been difficult for rigging with the previous preparation but with this game of shame, we have open many doors for more rigging in a legalized manner.
If Saturday had been possible, we would have redeemed our image and restored our lost glory but it is now a game of shame, thanks to those who don’t have dream for our future and who believed it is better we ruin this country than run it in the best way!
However, a big shock is coming soon and it will be obvious that there is future for this country!

My first tot on Saturday was JEGA = FAIL with my sister screaming in the background FAILURE……….. but after thinking it thru this change in the election dates might very well be a step in the right direction, no one will cry disenfranchisement and somehow this elections will be more credible for that single reason.

I also do not blame him, how much time was jega given to prepare for the elections. I think he did his best in the situation(Nigerian factor)he found himself in.

MAGNETIC.

To Anon 11.09pm,12.01am & Brown, u guys should wake up 4rm ur slumber & face reality. Is Jega not supposed to be very certain & extremely sure that everything is complete and perfect before coming on air to mouth that they were fully prepared and ready. If he has sight probs why did he take up the job that is meant for people with sharp sight. This is elections for crying out loud and everything has to be thorough especially in a country where everyone is on the lookout for a slip.Abeg he flawed and Nigerians have every right to criticize him, we dont pay him to come and make mistakes.

Linda the date was changed again this afternoon to : 9th, 16th & 23rd.

Alleney..u should depart from ur negaivity!..sip slowly on that hateroid as it is making u sound ignorant...give the job to those with sharp eyes..rili???..the only part of ur comment that made sense is where us sed nigerians have the right to b angry...fine be angry but dont curse a man who jas taken responsibility for the postponment because he became aware of some issues that could deter the fairness of the election..be angry because of the wasted time but not because he is rigging...una go just dey tok based on assumption and no fact..how is this election dat hasnt taken place rigged o!!!..how???..please give the dude some courage for all he is doing..do u no how difficult it will b for him to carry out this fair election in this country??...and he is doing it so dat the votes of haters like u can be counted..yet ya'll keep judging without reason...smh!
