Be very careful with the rebels and their propaganda- first they told the world that Gaddafi was using African mercenaries, then it turned out to be a lie but by then they had already killed lots of black African migrants. North Africans and Libyans in particular are racists!Some of these papers could well have been forged by these rebels themselves
