Her husband of three years, Nick Cannon, made the announcement via twitter about an hour ago.
Mariah's reps also confirmed the births, saying the singer gave birth today at 12:07 p.m. EDT at an undisclosed hospital in Los Angeles. Big congrats to them!

I can think of, but having a baby - or two, as in this case - is a unique and wonderful experience. I congratulate her and her husband - as I would with any new parent who is not an abusive drug addict or otherwise have issues which make them completely unfit to raise a child. To me, it seems that she has calmed down a lot of the last few years and found happiness, and I really hope the happiness will continue for the sake of the children. Congrats to Mariah and Nick
