Don't deal with Segun Arinze's AGN - Emeka Ike advises FG on $200m entertainment fund. Segun Arinze reacts!

"On December 1, 2010, we called a stakeholders meeting to advise Ben Bruce and the president that this is not a come-let's-share fund. The $200m should be domiciled at Bank of industry until we get ourselves right.
"Until the structures start working. Right now, nobody represents Nollywood, not even Segun Arinze. We don't want the funds hijacked. The president needs to be told that two people (Segun Arinze and Emeka Ike) are in court. The case is about to be determined (They are fighting over AGN presidency.). So we are going to call more stakeholders meeting to mount opposition against these illegal structures that some people are building so that the good will of the President will not be hijacked by sycophants" - Emeka Ike

Reacting to Emeka Ike's advise, AGN President, Segun Arinze said "I think Emeka Ike is confused. The fund is not for Nollywood alone. We are all expecting to hear from the Ministry of Finance how the funds would be allocated. So, it's not fair for anybody to think about how to share at this time" Segun Arinze

It is wrong for GJ to use the money that belongs to Nigeria to attempt to win election. $200 million is a lot of money to remove from the treasury and give to "entertainment industry" that is accountable to no one. Shame on rotten Goodluck Jonathan.

They've started fighting over the money already. Give it to them now and they won't do anything reasonable with it. Rubbish!
