That $20US bill trick has been around since shortly after 9/11. Trust that nothing is coincidental, but, as is the case with conspiracy theories, there's enough doubt placed among the population to make conspiracy theorists seem crazy. It's an effective government tactic. If nothing else, it's a very scary coincidence.
