Its only men that would say this kind of thing. Its not because they love you...its fear of rejection. WHen they say they will kill you, they mean it. They will kill you. But in that kind of relationship, you must have seen the warning signs...he feels he owns you, he is too jealous, he verbally and physically abuses you, he cuts your ties with your family and friends. You are basically his slave. And when he knows you have no self esteem left, he tells you what to do, when to do and how to do it. It could be as trivial as how to even set your hair. Hey...he owns you so he can do whatever. But in every human being, there's an inner fighter. and for predetors like abusive men, they see when the fighter is coming out. So they kill the will to live for you by threatening you. They look you dead in the eye and they say "If you ever leave me, I will kill you". This is a very touchy subject, but the time to leave this kind of relationship is during the warning signs...before he says "I will kill you". May God protect women from this kind of horrid men. May God protect their children cos they are also victims and may He also give them the strenght to recover from an abusive relationship.

It's easy to say u'll leave when they threaten u. Believe u me, these men r very dangerous. I've heard of cases where women have been threatened like dis and when they report to d police, they don't take it seriously. By then it's too late, and they get killed.
