NYC police officers shot dead by black man as revenge for Eric Garner & Mike Brown

I was hoping a day like this will never come, when citizens will take laws into their hands and start shooting police officers because of what their colleagues did to Mike Brown and 'I can't breath', Eric Garner, but it looks like the day has finally come.

Two uniformed NYPD police officers were shot dead execution style today December 20th while they sat in their police car on a Brooklyn street corner and investigators believe they were killed to avenge Eric Garner and Michael Brown because of what the killer wrote on instagram hours before committing the murders. Queen Latifah uses her own money to pay staff after show gets cancelled

It was announced weeks ago that rapper/singer and actress Queen Latifah's show will be canceled after only two seasons and now there are reports that she will be using her own money to pay her laid-off staff after official production of the show was shut down.

"Latifah is using her own money to pay the show’s crew through the holidays even though production has officially shut down. (While original episodes of the show will run through March, the production crew is no longer necessary.)" a source told E! News

Embattled Ekiti state Speaker told Punch in an interview that the N200,000 he and his colleagues collected from Gov Fayose was for fuel and not bribe. Na wa o..so fuel is that expensive in Ekiti?

"It is just a gift from the governor when we visited him. He said he was giving us money for fuel. Nobody demanded gift from him, he gave out of his own free will. Ellen called first but when Leah heard the voice of another woman, she grabbed the phone from Ellen and asked who she was. The lady asked Leah who she was and Leah replied 'his wife'. That was when Leah heard the woman on the other end of the line say "You're married?".

According to a report by AP, Boko Haram members are turning their guns on elderly people, & killed about 50 of them this week in a new tactic to instill more fear in some Northern areas...

Residents from five villages say people too elderly to flee Gwoza local government area are being rounded up and taken to two schools where the militants open fire on them. The villages are about 130 kilometers (80 miles) southeast of Maiduguri, in Borno

"What they are doing now is to assemble the aged people - both men and women ... and then they just open fire on some of them," said Muhammed Gava, a spokesman for civil defense groups in the area.
