This is why you're no married by Tracy McMillan
This is why you're no married by Tracy McMillan
You want to get married. It’s taken a while to admit it. Saying it out loud — even in your mind — feels kind of desperate, kind of unfeminist, kind of definitely not you, or at least not any you that you recognize. Because you’re hardly like those girls on TLC saying yes to the dress and you would never compete for a man like those poor actress-wannabes on The Bachelor.Continue reading...
The Third World War? (Syria crisis)
Really sounds scary but according to a research carried out in the UK at the Research Institute For War Resistance and Policy Alternatives, it is presumed that there is a possibility of a third world war starting with the Syria uprising in which recently the killings of civilians in the central Syrian town of houla has sparked up international condemnation and the call for harsher sanctions against the Syrian government.
The call for military actions against Syria will definitely cause rift and possible war between countries involved whereby Germany, Russia and china are obviously going to be supporting Syria against the rest of the world (UN) (Arab League) (NATO) plus the involvement of IRAN whom will gladly support Syria maybe to test the strength of their proposed Nuclear weapons.
Do you think there ever will be a third world war?

Strange things. Arabic word written in sand?
I got this photo from people who live around the Sagamu area of Ogun state, who said that what you see above happened after a heavy downpour and thunder strike in the area. People surrounded the sand and almost turned it to a shrine.
I looked at the photo, looked at it, looked at it oooooo and I didn't see anything, so I asked them what was strange about it and they said what you see written in the sand is an Arabic word meaning Allah is Great. All our Muslim brothers and sisters, is that really what's written there? Another photo when you continue...

What is this I hear? Men gossip more than women? Bouhahaha!
A new study carried out recently by psychology lecturers at the Western Canadian Undergraduate University, Canada, has disproved the myth that women gossip more than men. Studies have shown that men of 'nowadays' gossip more that women.
It is commonly believed that women are the ones who love to spread rumours, and gossip about their friends behind their backs…but today, men…are worse! Men…love a bit of scandal, and will do anything they can to be centre of attention with their colleagues and peers
Is that so? So you men like to gossip eh kwa? Good to know that. Hehe...continue...

The victim, Ngozi Ugwu. The masquerade
Tension mounts in Opi, Nsukka Local Government Area, Enugu State as masquerades took turn in the series of rape stories synonymous with the community. The alleged rape of a female student, Ngozika Ugwu, presented mixed feelings and reactions to what may have bedevilled the community in the recent past.
Rape stories in Opi, a community in the university town of Nsukka, have occupied major national dailies, hitting banner headlines, from the three quarters that make up the community, Idi, Ogbozalla and Ibeku.
In 2011, the story of the rape of women between 70 and 80 years spread like wild fire in the country, raising eyebrows on the motive for such inhuman and barbaric act by, especially, youths of the community. Some of them were fingered and allegedly arrested, interrogated by the police but could not be persecuted because of want of evidence.
