Boring speech or not, he's an official. His job is to stay awake and act responsible. Nigerian officials lack self discipline, structure and responsibility because they are clueless what it means to hold a job position. I feel sleepy so many times at my job meetings, but I force myself to stay awake, let alone an official representing a country. It's embarrasing.
