Project Alert raises alarm over serial rape in a female Secondary school in Imo State

The principal of Onicha Secondary School, Ezinihitte LGA in Imo State recently wrote a petition to the Commissioner of police Imo state on the serial rape incidents in her school. The alleged rapist is said to be in police detention, and the matter is before the Commissioner of Police, Imo State. Read the petition after the cut...

  19. This is my home town.. Unfortunately I haven't had this news..what a shame.. I think the rapist must be under the influence of IGBOH.. I noticed that some of my home boys now smoke like FELA when I visited village last december.

  20. Linda you should redact ( blank out) the names of the young women who were raped. Rape is a very traumatic experience. Pls protect the privacy of these young ones as they have been through enough trauma. Thanks

    Can the Governor of the state who doubles as the chief Security Officer of the state take action as a matter of urgency plzzzz b4 diz innocent young girls re infected wit diseases,become pregnant & scarred 4 life? ?!!

  38. A terror let loose at such tender age. Not comfortable with victims names called out though. Even Olamide of YBNL would be more discreet. Sounds as though the principal's main worry is 'rapid depopulation of students'. That's all I see.
