Former NSA Dasuki denies arms charges

Nigeria's ex National Security Adviser Dasuki Sambo has denied charges of illegally possessing weapons and committing acts posing potential harm to national security. The Department of state security DSS yesterday August 24th charged the former NSA to court over allegations of wrongful possession of firearms without license.

A source close to the former NSA who spoke with BBC Hausa this morning, said Dasuki insists the weapons found in his house during a recent search were for the use of soldiers guarding his house.

  2. How can you do this to a former National Security Adviser. Witch hunting is what I call it.
This fight against allies of GEJ shows that there is a lot of sentiment in Buhari's fight against corruption.
