Would you eat this? - The picture that has got everyone talking...

Nigerian chefs/cooks are trying to break boundaries and create local dishes in spectacular ways. This time, its hibiscus inspired Eba paired with Edikaikong soup that has got Nigerians on twitter talking. Question is; if this is placed in front of you, would you eat it?

  16. Yes Linda, it is called EBBAGE (Eba + hibiscus), healthiest way to eat ur Eba without all d extra carbohydrate....there is also Eba+ Spinach, which comes out greenish in colour.
