Ondo governor, Mimiko emerges chairman PDP governors forum

Ondo state governor, Olusegun Mimiko has emerged the new Chairman of the PDP governors forum He was elected new chairman at the PDP governors meeting in Abuja today June 17th. He takes over from Akwa-Ibom state governor, Godswill Akpabio, who is now a Senator.

    The PDP Governors should focus on doing the job at hand. That is the only way to provide valuable and sustainable people-oriented opposition. While I appreciate their experience and resilience in political maneuvers, they need to know that APC and its originators got to where they are today by providing people-based leadership; from one state to a few states and then designed a political broom that swept across the entire nation. Performance should be the watch word.

    Pls see how des politicians are going round d corridors of power in naija. Akpabio ex - governor n now a senator,does it mean that there is no other reasonable person in there state,Na wa for naija, when he finish he will go for presidency n put his son, brother or as in....God help us ooooo
