The 16 year old actor and rapper stepped out in LA yesterday and many say he had on make-up. They say he had on concealer, lip gloss and contoured his nose. Do you agree or he's just so damn good looking people think it's make-up. See another photo after the cut...

    Doesn't seem like makeup to me, but even so, what's the matter if a guy is wearing makeup? That's far from being trans or even gay, it's a personal style.
