Dear South Africans, you
take a life just because he doesn't share same nationality as you?
Shame on you as a people (for not publicly condemning this) Shame on you
as a country (for not putting a stop to it). Shame on your president
(for not having said anything about this so far). Shame on your security
forces for standing by and allowing this to happen. Shame on the Zulu
King who started this with his careless utterances. Shame on the
stupid uneducated hoodlums carrying out these attacks. Miserable, lazy
f*cks who blame their failure in life on foreigners, as if if all
foreigners left, their lives would be better or they would be able to make a difference in their
country.
Why have you South Africans who claim to be against this not taken to the streets to march against Xenophobia? Why are you not speaking out?
Why have you South Africans who claim to be against this not taken to the streets to march against Xenophobia? Why are you not speaking out?
Why haven't your government deployed troops to the streets to stop the destruction of property and killing of innocent people - including children?
Last week they set fire to a car dealership owned by a foreigner, destroying ten cars.

There
are now thousands of black foreigners living in police barracks because
you've taken their source of livelihood, stolen from them and threatened to kill them.

Its really unfortunate, what is going on in South Africa is evil and deserves not just condemnation but swift approach at arresting the ugly trend.

ReplyDeleteIt shows the SA government is fully in support of this act, cos no sane government at this present dispensation will forsake the palace of foreigner most especially from the same continent and allowing them to be murdered in cold blood under the disguise of her citizen not making success as they ought too.
ReplyDeleteWht a shame.
ReplyDeleteLazy South Africans. They only area they are so perfect in is "SEX". This is the reason why they have high rate of HIV/AIDS carriers in their country. Very low disposition to work yet they had the audacity to lay hands on their fellow Africans. Indeed wat a very big SHAME!!!

ReplyDeleteLinda u r quick to condemn their govt but failed to speak up against the cluelessness and idle minded hero, who said nothing and did nothing when 200+ girls were snatched from their class rooms until the world chided him. I do not support the south African xenophobia episode but the world will continue to be evil when good people sit idly by and do nothing. Linda let ur conscience always be ur pilot and always speak for what is right irrespective of whose ox is gored.

Shame on the FG of Nigeria for still taking a chilled approach.
Thank you Linda for this.See,its not so bad is it?
Linda let dstv, shop rite and mtn go back.wicked pipu
ReplyDeleteGod bless u more Linda. Atleast ur blog is one of d few avenues one can say something about this crazy actions by these crazy people n we're glad u said this. I'm not a fan of war but I think what South Africans want is war and I believe d rest of africans can give them that. They together with that "SHAME" they call their king will never go unpunished
ReplyDeleteThis is so sad,i dont know why Aricans behave this way.we are pointing fingers at south africans now but it is the same mind set that made yorubas to send their igbo brothers packing in their own country.
ReplyDeleteSo sad to read the piece of a brutal and babaric act beyond explanation. It's time learn to live together as brothers and sisters or perish as fools.
ReplyDeleteLinda, you made absolute sense. You took the words right out of my mouth. God bless.
ReplyDeleteAunty linda i cried wen i saw this! Sorry for digressing, this was why the igbos were crying foul against the oba's comments. This same issue is coming up here, in d same pattern. Nigeria should learn. Lagosians with their xenophobia against igbos, SA against the rest of africa.Nigerians learn! The foolish zulu king shoud call his people to order! The Nigerian government,Africa and the world should raise sanctions against Sa. Tribalism, Xenophobia is worse than Racism. Its like fighting and killing your own blood
ReplyDeleteI call him the worthless king Goodwill Zwelithini kaBhekuzulu. This reflects how overrated SA is.
ReplyDeleteAm really Impressed with what you have just written, Seriously we need to ask why have there be silence from th SA government and people. Innocent people are being killed everyday.. God Help Us Africans...South Africans Have Forgotten so soon how other Africa Countries contributed to their development..
ReplyDeleteAm a great Blogger fan of LIB..
Awwww,Linda ikeji have vecx! Leave them,Their own is coming!!!
ReplyDeleteLinda, I'm happy you have gathered the guts to write this. Those lazy cows should continue in their murderous foolishness - if they like, let them kill every foreigner, they will remain at their level because their poverty is of the mind. Shame on them and all those in power who turn a blind eye to this atrocity! I hope we can use our collective power to boycott their businesses in other places so they feel the heat. I'm ready!
ReplyDeleteTbh, am so frustrated n disappointed that this is happening in my generation. I only read about things like this in history class
ReplyDeleteI dint know I will live to witness it
This is a crime against humanity n d essence of existing... why are people not saying anything, why are d international media houses not making it a headline, why has their government not said anything, should the rest of the world start killing them too? Should we stop trading with their business outlet???
AMEN!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteLet us close shoprite down, please Linda I suggest, Shoprite and Dstv should be closed down, this is just too much from a useless country
ReplyDeleteTo their credit, I think I saw a lot of happy South African folks marching against xenophobia on instagram.
ReplyDeleteAn innocent man wit a family? What has gone wrong? Saw one of the pics that has a clear picture of the murderer, that guy should be arrested n jailed For life or sentence to death by hanging. I wept last nite looking at the pics of how a cute young man full of life was killed and how he struggled to survive. May his soul and the souls of others rest in perfect peace, Amen.
ReplyDeleteWell said dear, well said. We all need to stop using all SA merchandise including DSTV and MTN
ReplyDeletePathetic!
ReplyDeleteI think we should seriously consider boycotting South African companies in these zones. The seriousness of the crimes their citizens are committing needs to be felt
Linda, an uninformed blogger... some South Africans have taken to the streets... do your research. Google search is free just like the Google blogger you are using !

ReplyDeleteHonestly I used to think that SA's were humans, buh I was wrong ..no comment from their president or any reasonable person to condemn the attacks ..like Linda rightly said, SHAME ON YOU ALL..
ReplyDeleteReally sad....everyone is a foreigner somewhere
ReplyDeleteLinda, it's rare we find a person of your calibre(a social media person) whose blog is widely viewed to post stuff like this. You have taken the stand to publicly condemned this. I applaud you for doing this. Calling Satan a Satan is no offence as calling James Ibori a thief. You are so natural unlike other hypocrites (professional wanna be). Nothing do u at all.
ReplyDeleteThey feel they are in control now. They have managed to cripple their economy. No major investment will be accrued to them. It will become a ghost town and they shall come and beg for help Dom the Amy African countries they have killed their citizens. Let them keep glorifying nonsense. Even the policemen and the government don't even care to help out.
ReplyDeleteI am so disgusted by what these pple r doing. . Imagine if we also had to start killing em everywhere else.. wouldn't dat just make all of us animals? Nobody is doing likewise cos all d animals in human form r actually south Africans. I wish what happened in Liberia and rwanda happened to em.. Life is always so fair to the undeserving. Kmt mehn. .bye!!
ReplyDeletedang! Linda don vex o. *lazy fucks
ReplyDeleteHonestly, i m really angered by this. Why hasn't the SA government taken some steps on this. President Zuma has come out to say he is not in support but is that enough? Nobody wants to know his opinion. These are human lives and everyone second counts. Just stop the killing! 3 houses from my block, there is a South African woman living there. Imagine if all the countries were doing the same thing! This is so babaric. May God forgive them. Can He?
ReplyDeleteI never liked South Africa as a country! They got their independence late but they 'feel' further in development than other African countries but they are actually backward in mental development.
ReplyDelete-PHILEO
Linda pls help me tell dem....SA have forgetten so soon hw we Africans help dem fight for independence
ReplyDeleteAmen...

ReplyDeleteSpot on, Linda. To think that they were rationalising it that foreigners r d ones committing when its them. Lazy hungry useless fools.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like they are passively suporting this inhuman action. Indeed what a shame

Evil must be condemned regardless of who is involved. This same evil wearing the mask of Boko Haram should also be rebuked and seriously fought against, bringing their sponsors to justice. Because I know the heavy ammunition these evil BH use don't jus fly into the country. Evil men in high places use their affluence and influence to purchase them and the so called foreign aide(bigger evil) dat sell the ammunition and still come to us as aides. This is one of the moments I wish I had supernatural powers. Ofcourse evildoers will forever be restive.
ReplyDeleteThat's so insane about South Africans, Y injustice. Shame on South Africa.
ReplyDeleteOh lawd me
ReplyDeletewhy ain't the world condemning this
beats me...
Well said Linda. As if they don't own businesses in other parts of the world.

I hate South Africans now. And I hate Zuma more. I hate their police. They're all enjoying this. Lazy ass mofos. Hate you all!!
ReplyDeleteBlack South Africans are all lazy fuckers. A disgrace to Africa. They deserve to be treated as animals they are by the whites. Why did we help them out of slavery. Stupid lazy bastards.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing positive about South Africa is HIV..shameless people*
ReplyDeleteWell said, just disgusting behavior!
ReplyDeleteCowards!! The whole lot of them. Eager to kill their fellow Africans...labelling them foreigners, meanwhile, the white man that came, drove you out of your lands, took the "better" jobs and homes is sleeping peacefully. Pschewwwwwwww

Cowards!! The whole lot of them. Eager to kill their fellow Africans...labelling them foreigners, meanwhile, the white man that came, drove you out of your lands, took the "better" jobs and homes is sleeping peacefully. Pschewwwwwwww
ReplyDeleteShame on them!!
I don't think Mandela really came from South Africa! If they check well and dig deep they may discover that his ancestors came from another country, not South Africa! Otherwise, how can you explain how a man with such a large heart will have these wolves and swines as his kinsmen!
ReplyDeleteDo you know that it was dstv (a south African company) that drove hitv (a Nigerian company) out of business?! Hitv use to have the exclusive rights to broadcast English premier league in Nigeria. But dstv went and outsmarted hitv through hook and crook means and bought over the exclusive right! This was how people abandoned hitv! This was how hitv died! Now which country apart from Nigeria will allow a foreign company kill and indigenous company?! This was also how mtn and their brother econet (now airtel) killing Nigerians with brutal prices for simcard and tariff until globacom came into the picture to save us!
Nigerian Government can retaliate what South Africa is doing us in their country by nationalization of all South African companies in Nigeria! By nationalizing these companies, Nigerian government will fully take control of the ownership and running of these companies. This is different from closing down because business will continue and Nigerian workers working in these companies will not lose their jobs!
Thank u for dis post I pray it gets to their leaders too. I v refused to recharge my mtn I will port to glo #patrioticnaija
ReplyDeleteShame on them.....shame on their govt.....Mandela will be so angry right now!
ReplyDeleteThank you Linda, no matter how harsh it may seem it's the ugly truth.
ReplyDeleteSouth Africans were believed to be one of the most developing countries in Africa but with this, they are nothing but a shame to mankind. The most painful about this is that it was the association of countries, whose people you tagged "foreigners" that delivered you from your tormentor, racist! Now, the only way to compensate them is killing their people! You won't come out from the repercussion in centuries!
ReplyDeleteLinda, thanks a lot for this - I could not have said it better!. I was monitoring these idiots and their wickedness all through yesterday and came off so sick to my stomach!. I developed a hatred for anything South African!. Honestly, the rest of the world should have left them at the hands of the White people that enslaved them. They do not deserve to associate with the rest of Africa. They lack basic humanity!.
ReplyDeleteLinda don vex oo.....I think dis ppl have mental issues
ReplyDeleteIt's indeed a big shame. For as long as I live,I will boycott all that is South African. God will not let me see what will land me on their soil, not even for a holiday. People watched while this poor man was killed by 2 men. About 30 people watched him being killed. They did nothing to stop the killing. Shameless people.
ReplyDeleteShame on them as a nation, people n all.
ReplyDeleteTo hell with them.

Is this Life? Are there really races, tribes or people on earth who would kill other and maim other africans on grounds that they are doing better than them in their economy? OMG... Critical times. Unthankful and Ungrateful south africans. Go back to the books and check how much love we all in Mother Africa have for u. How much we all fought for your freedom. Heavily we all in africa invested for that cause.... And this is how you pay back? Karma.... u know... doesn't forgive, cos Karma isn't God. It will catch up with you in a Jiffy.
ReplyDeleteI wept on the innocent soul they have killed, shame SA
ReplyDeleteLet's start from boycotting dstv and mtn. We don't need sword , just like our votes just spoke , our wallets can also speak!

ReplyDeleteLinda....gbam...i am glad this is eating into ur skin like many of us...its a real big shame considering how the so called foreigners backed through the apartheid era...i think we are beginning to see the impact of the loss of mandela
ReplyDeleteHmm... I ve not seen Linda in dis mood before.. Nice one
ReplyDeletePresident Zuma is a disgrace to presidency.I don't know why they haven't evacuated the Nigerians there, and the world sits and looks on. It's not they're problem, it's Africans killing Africans. If south Africans should touch one white man, that's all, the world would pounce on them. In the mean time they kill Africans and we watch stupidly as our families and friends are killed while one ode would say it's conflict happening elsewhere not in South Africa as if we don't have families and friends there that are relating the happenings to us
ReplyDeleteI say boycott anything made in SA! Since they want monopoly on their success, then let's leave them to be their own island. Any bystander who watches silently as a foreigner is being butchered is as guilty as he who pushed the blade, fired the gun, lit the match, or made a careless remark.
ReplyDeleteLinda! gasp. you swore! i see u say lazy fucks. you're so unprofessional Linda. haha I love it.
ReplyDeleteBut those people are evil though.
Well said linda...its a shame dis is happening in the 21st century..May God help us all..al deir president knows is to marry young girls and add to his harem..mscheew

ReplyDeleteIt's so annoying that SA forgot how Africa as a continent fought an assisted them. Killing your fellow black man over your own issues of Laziness. #Godsaveafrica
ReplyDeleteLinda you have said it all. I just fell helplessly in love with you. Please try to get people to boycott Shoprite, game, mtn n co because i just dont get why people are not sending these messages. Why? Is it because its not their family member???

ReplyDeleteIam a nigerian, but sadly not proud one when in a few countries I've visited, I see the attitude of some of our citizens, especially the many that go to these foreign lands to seek greener pastures.
While the actions of the uncivilized south africans is punishably condemnable, its time nigerian leaders look inward and ask themselves:
1. Why on earth, do nigerians prefer to go slave it out in other countries but not nigeria?
2. Why do nigerians treat foreigners with more respect than they do an average fellow nigerian?
3. Why are there more rich citizens as well as more poor (abjectly so!) ones in the same country than anywhere else, and the rich are not neccessarily anywhere near more hardworking?
4. How could nigeria have had the 1st TV station in africa, yet can not boast of the best in africa?
5. How can a country with so many youths and with vast fertile land not have jobs for these youths?
6. How can a country have so many Universities/Research institutes and professors, yet no inovation of value to an average citizen comes from our land?
7. How can our security personels perform outside nigeria to international commendations but never at home?
8. Why will a nigerian prefer to die trying to seek asylum elsewhere rather than live in his country?
9. Why do our leaders feel relatively free with the citizen once in four years?
10. How can nigeria be a world leader in crude oil production and yet be a massive importer of petrol and kerosine for years, defendable by a so-called finanace minister and world reknown economist?
11. Why do other nationals often wonder why nigerians and their leaders are such peculier people that they can not understand?
Until we answer these and many other questions in practice and do the needful, the SA experience will continue to be our lot in small and large scales as this.
I just wonder why President Zuma is yet to issue a statement concerning this issue. It goes to show that the government is quietly in support of these actions against foreigners.
ReplyDelete#TeamBlessed#
Same on them
ReplyDeleteShame on Dem as a nation
ReplyDeletesay no to xenophobia
ReplyDeleteThis is not the south Africa I know.
ReplyDeleteAmen Linda... I hope the Nigerian Government cuts them off
ReplyDeleteAmen Linda... I hope the Nigerian Government cuts them off
ReplyDeletesay no to xenophobia
ReplyDeleteWhy did they not face white foreigners? They know that their country will be rained down within one day. They are all barbarians. The blood of the innocents is on their heads.
ReplyDeleteShame! Shame!! Shame!!! Shame on you South Africa. You have lost it all. South Africa will never know peace again for killing innocent people just because they are better than you. God will forsake you, you are a reproach to the africa continent. Your land is a course land and shall be desolate. You shall not find any to help you. South Africa you are destroyed for killing our brothers and sisters. You shall be rejected everywhere you go. So shall it be until you repent and turn away from you wickedness completely. Amen
ReplyDeleteLet the boycott start with us with Shoprite, Dstv, MTN, Mr price, and all south African companies in naija since we are too chicken hearted to give them a reprisal attack. if they get a dose of their medicine then all this nonsense would stop. nigerians contributed money to their apartheid struggle and they are very hostile to us. i got that first hand hostility in a regional african conference held in east africa few years ago and i was like omg, what the heck was that. they put up a superior attitude, didnt want to share tables and had this disdain looks but trus us naija to put them in their place and gather other nationalities and left them all alone sticking out like a sore thumb. DOWN WITH SOUTH AFRICA AND ALL THEIR HATRED, AFRICAN UNION SHOULD SUSPEND THEM,Nigerian govt ban their flight in and out after evacuating our people. To my SA gf for not condeming this act, its over.
ReplyDeleteThey have failed as a people and as a nation.
ReplyDeleteI maintain my early stance on this, until the rest of Africa treat south Africans in the same way the SA govt won't do anything meaningful about xenophobia, this isn't the first time it's happening, the SA govt supports xenophobia.
ReplyDeleteWhy haven't your government deployed troops to the streets to stop the destruction of property and killing of innocent people....
ReplyDeleteI totally understand youe indignation and i'm tottally with you on rlthis one but there's something wrong with the above statement.
You couldn't have said it better...SHAME ON YOU SOUTH AFRICA....
ReplyDeleteYes! Preach linda! Tell them! Rubbishhhh people
