Sadly yes that is the current state of the General Hospital in Otukpo, Benue State, David Marks's house isnt far from there and he never did anything, instead he hosted shows like mark the ball basket ball competitions where million of nairas were spent to invite superstars to perform instead of channeling that cash to more productive areas. That Hospital is a known death trap, you cant have a surgery there without getting infected, I am from Benue State, and that is my local govt. We hope this new wave of change sweeps through Otukpo as it is in dire need of the changes not just in the health sector, also in others.
