Funny. They need salary increment, equipments to combat crime, conducive residential and office environment and other entitlement. Chicken is the last thing on their mind coz it won't reduce the N20,N50 collected from motorist.

Its unfortunate that the Chief Executive of a state famed as the Fountain of Knowledge has turned governance to alms giving. Going out to hand out the chickens has only proven that the man is not only confused and lacking knowledge of what is expected of his position, but the people themselves are hungry beggars.
