British weekly celebrity magazine OK! is coming to Nigeria and will be named OK! Nigeria. It will begin publishing in Nigeria from July 2011. The brain behind this is UK-based entrepreneur, Alexander Amosu.

Wienna, he is not copying. I want to believe it's a franchise agreement just like Italian Vogue, Russian Vogue etc. If this goes well, it will put other magazines to shame.
please.. it is nt about copy.... Vogue has been franchised in most countries with their local language... here in Malaysia... u can find "imported mags" that are copied with Malaysian news... so that is not the issue here... The issue is will Ok! Nigeria be up to the standard to OK! mag in Uk and elsewhere?!
after 2 yrs they'll close down. no papparazzis in nigeria so i dunno what they'll fill the magazine with.nigerian magazines r just boring. copy and paste from the internet.
