  4. Not interested, he should face the other contenders in that debate. I like him personal, but we need to make a change.

  7. What a joke? It's either this man isn't serious, or Nigerian's aren't serious about taking on the challenges ahead of them. At least with Baba, you'd expect some comedy and some degree of engagement. With Jonathan, the opposite is the case: he simply lacks the ability to inspire confidence. His body language is nothing to write home about, while his words lack sincerity. I once attended a forum organized by Obasanjo after the spate of air mishaps we witness between 2005 and 2006. While being unruly in the manner in which he went about stirring the affairs of the forum, you could tell from his body language that he meant business, and hence the reason we have experienced a lull in our skies. He simply was goal oriented, knew what the problem was and took the right steps to correct them. But the most important part lay in the fact that he was able to inspire change by displaying the right attitude....Something I am yet to see from Jonathan. As comical as Baba was, I doubt he would stoop to this level, in a time when people are being killed in Jos and the ND!

NB:Please bear in mind that I am one of Baba's fiercest critics

  18. D’Banj probably knows his career is on a downward spiral and wants to partake in the sharing of the national cake! He's aligning himself with the powers that be. Next thing we’ll hear is that he wants to go to the senate or is lobbying to be the Minister of Tourism. Watch this space!! GEJ has just puffed up his already bulbous pockets.

  22. (Sigh)
I really wanted him to win because he was supposed to come in with a different perspective. I am outside the country but I keep up with things going on at home, I have not heard of any progress that this man has made. He might be taking after his predecessor and we might have to give him the Pres Go Slow moniker.

This interview is (sigh). May God help us.

  23. Nigerians are all the same. Too much talk and little action. If president goodluck gives some of us talking any position in the govt., we will gladly accept without batting an eyelid - forgetting when we critcised and didnt like his governance. May God help all of us in Jesus name I pray Amen..

  27. I cringe for both of them , Simply the worst interview in the history of interviews. Im not even mad at Dbanj at all but I cant believe he asked just the basic questions, no depth whatsoever! What about the big isssues like JOS! unemployement, healthcare, Children, POWER SUPPLY(Promising only 15% increase) Guys lets face it, they were deliverying 0% before. Dbanj lives in Nigeria, yet he has the guts to ask about the other Nigerians living in Abroad only, those who are living a good life and not facing the kind of hardship we NIGERIANS LIVING IN NIGERIA are facing daily. I mean common, COMMON SON!

  29. Please, please Nigerians let's go beyond criticizing on blogs and go out to vote!!!! It's obvious Jonathan and PDP in general have nothing to offer us. We simply can't give them an extra 4 yrs to destroy our nation.

  30. D'banj is an idiot for this interview. He could have refused it He had the command in his musical career buh here, he was obviously used.. Stupid boy.! I am not buying any of your albums again. Mscheew.. You'v betrayed the Nigerian youth. !

  31. Abeg free them jor...D'Bánj is only an entertainer...the interview was Jonathan's way of trying to win the youths over...failed attempt though. Jonathan is just a cowardly-cow trying to mobilise as many loved musicians as possible to support him. Left to me, he's simply empty. charity begins at home, please let him go coach his wife!!!

  32. GEJ, so you want D'banj to tell you the Koko abi? You want to be entertained than face reality that life is hard in Nigeria and we want improved infrastructure nothing less. Guys, lets vote PDP out. The time is now!

  33. Goodluck was too complacent!!! Sat like he was in his bedroom, used to many words to repeat himself.I like him but would be nice to see some seriousness.
